Dozens of people have been arrested in Pakistan after a teenager accused his Hindu headteacher of blasphemy, sparking riots.
The principal, who owns the school, was accused of making comments about the Prophet Muhammad in Sindh province.
A large mob then allegedly attacked a Hindu temple, shops and the school in the town of Ghotki on Saturday.
The principal is now in custody facing blasphemy charges. If found guilty, he could face the death penalty.
The rioters have also been charged under the blasphemy act, according to BBC reporters in Pakistan. However, they face a lesser charge of attacking a temple which does not carry the possibility of a death sentence.
Pakistani media reports say 43 people were charged in connection with the attack . A number of others were charged with rioting and theft , Dawn newspaper reports.
"Alleged accused in a sensitive case of Ghotki is now in the custody of police," Dr Jamil Ahmed, the additional inspector general of the local police force, tweeted.
"Situation in Ghotki is back to normal within 12 hours. Fair investigation is being done after confirming facts and justice ensured. Cases against hooligans are being registered and miscreants being nabbed."

Destroy a temple - you get away scot-free
Golly, we need to import more of those people!
Well, the miscreants ARE being nabbed.
This happens frequently with Christians in Pakistan: they are accused of blasphemy, beaten , arrested, and held in jail for years, because the authorities are afraid to find them not guilty.
to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated, or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied.
Bkmrk
Mohammad is a scumbag.
Now go forward and riot.
A young Hindu woman from India who was one of my student assistants at the library where I worked said she cringed over the George Harrison Bangladesh rock concert being mentioned later.
She said “There was so much trouble in India from Muslims and they all said just give us this land and we will live here and never bother you again and never ask for more. They got Bangladesh and of course asked for more and Muslims set fire to buses and people burned to death trapped inside and other incidents. But Indians are different from Americans. We get mad and do something.” I said “We get mad, too.” She said “No, really mad. People pulled Muslims out of trains and buses and beat them to death right there. Others tracked down where Muslims lived and killed them there.”
That’s angry. Different from America.

It’s for the children. We must protect the children from slander of the prophet. We must destroy anyone who speaks the truth, or has a different view. Isn’t this happening on US college campuses currently.
Unfortunately the same thing is happening in India, where Hindu nationalist are attacking all Christians, who they view as non-native, despite Christianity being established in India in the first century. They also demand that the those who were Dalit (Untouchable population), convert back to Hinduism.
Stange, but the Dalits are the lowest caste in the Hindu hierarchy, and hence would be converting back to a status of a servitude.
Being a Christian means that you leave your Hindu caste-status behind and move on to follow Christ, into a faith where everyone is equal in the sight of God. This must not be allowed in the Hindu Nationalist’s mind.
Sounds a lot like the Leftist and Dems doesn’t it.
Pakistan has its own Red Flag law: any Muslim can denounce any “infidel” for “insulting the Koran” and then the “infidel” is dead as riots ensue.
Coming soon to America:
“He’s a right-wing Christian and he owns guns!! Kill him!!!”
Student: “Say principal, I think my grades need to be better. Wouldn’t want to get accused of blasphemy, eh?”
global jihad bump
