A weekend drone attack on Saudi Arabia that cut into global energy supplies and halved the kingdoms oil production threatened Sunday to fuel a regional crisis, as the U.S. released new evidence to back up its allegation that Iran was responsible for the assault amid heightened tensions over Tehrans collapsing nuclear deal.
President Donald Trump said the U.S. had reason to believe it knew who was behind the attack his secretary of state had blamed Iran the previous day and assured his Twitter followers that we are ... locked and loaded depending on verification and were waiting to hear from the Saudis as to who they believe was behind the attack and under what terms we would proceed!

Let them fight their own battles. We can support with arms, but we shouldnt do anything with our planes, ships or troops.
Nope. The Saudis brought this on themselves, and rather than the American taxpayer paying for their defense, their precious hundreds of members of the Saudi royal family can give up their Lamborghinis and Ferraris and their expensive apartments in New York, Paris, London, etc..

We are currently in a battle for soul and the future of America as we know it. If you cant support that, and stand by and TRUST our President, then you might as well be fighting for the other side.
I support the future of this country. I don't give a crap about the Saudis. Saudis and Saudi money spilled the blood of thousands of Americans on 9/11, and Saudis and Saudi money spilled plenty of American blood in Iraq and Afghanistan in the years after 9/11 - Hell, the Saudi government was helping to destabilize Iraq after 2003, and it cost American lives.
And back in '90 and '91, Saudis would give me crap about my personnel wearing crosses, or having Bibles out in the open when we were building up for the first Gulf War. Getting tangled up with the Saudis has been a huge mistake for us, that cost us thousands of dead Americans.
So no, I don't support Trump on this, and that does not mean I am fighting for any other side. No one is infallible, including the President, particularly when he's ill-informed or relying on his liberal daughter and her hubby.
Leave blindly following a President up to the liberals - they are experts at it.

The fanatic revolutionaries, among the subjects, hardly speak for the Saudi Monarchy on the Arabian peninsula! Would anyone suggest that Benedict Arnold, post betrayal, spoke for the Founding Fathers?
I also believe that the Saudis helped our markets out, considerably, after the market crash in 1987, and helped pay for the first Gulf War, along with Kuwait.

“Regardless there should be no G.I. boots on the ground.”
Amen! Let the Middle East fight their own battles. Instead of invading Iraq and Afghanistan we should have invaded the Saudis for their involvement in 9-11 and put their oil in our hands. MAGA

Right. I’m not saying give them the weapons, sell them to them and let them fight their own battles.

I understood it was important, but that for some people it overshadowed living a good Christian life in your community and helping others...
That is why I am worried myself now about me noticing all these things...
But, yeah... That is why I speak without fear because it is the only thing a good man can do.

Does anyone here expect to get the real story from their government? LOL.
Its just about useless to get involved in politics any more, once you realize the govt and media are playing roles for oligarchs. Im losing any flimsy answer to the question of what the point might be.
