Union Bosses Fear Workers Will Stick with Trump: ‘It’s a Serious Problem’

Union bosses, closely tied to the Democrat Party, say American union workers sticking with President Trump in 2020 and his economic nationalist agenda is “a serious problem” for them.

A report by the Wall Street Journal reveals how union bosses and Democrats are looking to peel off Trump’s support from American union workers who back his agenda, where most recently he has demanded multinational corporations move their production in China to the U.S.

The Journal reports:

“It’s a serious problem for us,” said Alan Netland, president of the North East Area Labor Council in Duluth, Minn., which represents 40,000 union members. “People may say, ‘I voted Republican and the world didn’t fall in, so maybe I better keep doing that.’”

Vice President of the United Mine Workers of America in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Chuck Knissel said based on the current 2020 Democrats running for president, it will be difficult to get union workers to vote for anyone other than Trump.

“It’s going to be tough to get our members to vote for a Democrat,” Knissel told the Journal.

Nice to see union bosses concerned about jobs for their members. Disgusting bottom feeders.

Seeing as all the major Dem candidates want to shut down mining, why on earth would mine workers vote for them?

Unions leaders in this country have sold out their rank-and-file members for years. Donald Trump won in 2016 because he was the first prominent public figure to call them out for it.

This may be especially problematic if during a raid the fedas are seen carrying bundles of cash out of some union big wig’s garage as apparently happened with the auto workers recently.

Well, they ARE concerned about jobs for the people they truly represent: the Democrats.

It’s a serious problem for Union bosses? Un-American bastards! All they care about is lining their own pockets. To hell with them.

Who do the unions really care about? More jobs in China means less Americans at work here.

Time for the Union Elites to enjoy their wedgies. I had a friend who was unemployed for 3 long years before he died of a heart attack. He didn’t dare do so much as plumbing for individuals or he would never work again. He wasn’t allowed to move to find work with the same union in another state. This is a man who worked non-stop. That shows you the power that these Unions have over their people.

I hope they go down in ashes. The workers here have no choice but belong to these tyrants if they want to work anywhere in this city.

part of being “in the union” is the belief that your “union Boss” has your best interest at heart.....He's the one that “gives” you a job!....Ive watched it 1st hand........and its SICKENING!

You know, it’s really odd, if your membership is voting one way, and you’re pushing another, there might be a disconnect you might want to... Oh, right, forget, we take their money and tell them how to think that better enriches us. Forgot about how the new union works.

A great economy is a problem for union bosses. Hunh.

Maybe they should take a Hoffa-retirement.

Breaking union bosses’ legs would be almost as low IQ as the union bosses themselves.

Would seem like the union membership needs to vote themselves some dat new ruling ruling gentry.

Perhaps its time to start organizing the labor unions
