Trump Slams AFL-CIO's Trumka

resident Donald Trump Monday launched a Labor Day Twitter attack against AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka after the powerful labor leader Sunday said the nation's unions won't have "any choice" but to block the "unenforceable" United States-Mexico-Canada trading deal.

"Just watched AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka on @FoxNews and thought to myself how different he is on TV than he is when he is with me at the White House," the president tweeted. "Likes what we are doing until the cameras go on. We got robbed on Trade and everything else while his Dems just sat back and watched."

"NAFTA is the worst Trade Deal ever made ― terrible for labor ― and Richard let it stand," Trump added. "No wonder unions are losing so much. The workers will vote for me in 2020 (lowest unemployment, most jobs ever), and should stop paying exorbitant $Dues, not worth it!

Trumka told "Fox News Sunday" that the USMCA, as an "unenforceable trade agreement" would be a "windfall for corporations and a disaster for workers."

He also slammed the Trump administration for what he said were actions against American workers, after union voters helped Trump get elected, and said the president has taken on China in the "wrong way."

"When he does something that’s good for workers, I say so," said Trumka. "When he does something that’s bad for workers, I say so. And I have to say, unfortunately, while he may not even know what his administration is doing, they’ve done more things to hurt workers than they have to help them.”

And the union leadership shows who it’s true masters are.

The communist Democrats.

Turdka is less effective than the eunuch running the NFL. He is overseeing the demise of labor unions like Roger Goodell is watching the NFL decline.

Unless it is total union power, unions can never be satisfied.

>>>NAFTA is the worst Trade Deal ever made

Since the USMCA only slightly tweaked NAFTA, it could wll be considered the second worst trade deal ever made.

This guy has a lot of nerve accusing Trump of hurting workers while supporting the Democratic Party on open borders that undermines American workers ability to maintain or improve wages. No wonder unions continue to lose membership and what membership they do enjoy is often coerced instead of voluntary.

Speaking of unions and politics, Rep Joe Kennedy III (...da turd?) is most likely primarying Sen Ed Markey. At a Labor Day outside event, big sign:Teamsters Local 25 Supports Kennedy for Senate.

Ironically Jimmy Hoffa was the arch enemy of RFK aka “Booby” Kennedy. The book I Heard You Paint Houses says Jimmy wanted to be rid of Bobby.. but rather than trying to kill him, there was talk of an effort to kill JFK since Johnson, who also hated RFK, would probably get rid of Bobby as AG.
As it turned out, Bobby stuck around long enough to see Hoffa go to jail.

Jimmy Jr Teamsters prez—so, a Teamsters local in Boston supporting Sloppy Joe Kennedy...?

one thing is clear, several big unions are bossed by communists who work AGAINST the best interests of their dues-paying American members

SEIU, the federal workers’ big union, AFLCIO, all work hard to destroy American jobs

many union newspapers for their members... are filled with communist propaganda agitation... often about causes having little or nothing to do with the employment conditions of faculty or staff on campus

its really amazing what the priorities of the union bosses really are

these publications are, of course, paid for by the forced dues taken from the workers on campus

Richard Fifth Amendment Trumpka is not even allowed to be on the board of his union. The AFL-CIO has rule that bars union officials who take the fifth in any proceeding from remaining in office or; ever being on their board again.

Trumpka is a self identified communist. The anti-communist leaders of the AFL-CIO of the 30’s through 70’s fought the communists from taking over the unions. After they died, the communists have gained control.

I work for a company that has been hounded by the unions in Las Vegas for years. It galls them that this company has resisted their efforts to unionize. They even sent people to my house to “talk” to me about voting in favor of unionization.

Told them I refuse to support having money taken from me and given to Democrats. Most of the people supporting this move think it means they will magically have everything they want. They have no idea they are merely pawns being used to enrich the union “leadership” and advance a socialist agenda.

I’m not sure what happens to me if the union comes in. Nevada is a Right to Work state so I don’t know if I’ll be forced into it or be able to opt out. If forced to join, I will look for other employment.
