Police Accademies do not teach about gun laws to cops for a reason. It is not the future focus for the new cop coming next year, so to speak. Citizen gun rights are “so last year”... it is not the future they prepare them for.

Of course not. I live here, and it was barely a blip in the news. The media in Alabama are by and large no different than the rest of the country, unless you read the smaller town newspapers. You don’t play politics with a circulation of 10,000, when 90% of them are white Southern Baptists.

Fwiw, Ator’s “My Life” page early yesterday AM identified him as a registered DEMOCRAT, a “Bernie Sanders” fan & an ATHIEST.

By 2PM yesterday afternoon, the page had been “edited” to reflect that he was a Christian, registered Republican & a Donald Trump supporter.
