diGenova said Inspector General Michael Horowitz has determined all four FISA warrants against one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegally obtained.
...
DiGenova said if he were attorney general, any officials involved in obtaining the Page FISA warrants who are still in the department would be "gone." He singled out Dana Boente, who is the general counsel now under FBI Director Christopher Wray. The April 2017 FISA renewal was approved by Boente and former FBI Director James Comey,

DiGenova also discussed the two people he wants to hear from after the FISA report is released. He said he wants to know what the presiding judge of the 11-member FISA Court, Rosemary Collyer, will do to the people who "lied" to the court. And diGenova said he wants to hear from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who makes appointments to the court and supervises it.
"He had no problem criticizing the president of the United States for making comments about the political leanings of some judges on the 9th Circuit," DiGenova said of Roberts. "Well, Mr. Chief Justice, get off your tush and tell us what you think about this disgraceful conduct in your court the FISA Court."

Traitor Roberts is responsible for the FISA Court.
Its his issue/responsibility whether his was directly involved or nought.
Renewal of the FISA court statute should have been held up pending a thorough and transparent investigation of Spygate. That would have lit a fire under everybody to get it done. Instead, it was rammed through Congress before the investigation even started.
So like little kids on Christmas Eve, go to bed early and stop driving yourself crazy with anticipation! Santa will get here when he gets here!
It’s been 4 years, obviously. Good luck keeping the light on for Santa another year. I’ll buy you a clue: he ain’t coming on this one.
It might shock you to know that Joe D. knows Barr better than you do.
And when Hannity asked Joe point blank if there will be indictments all he would says was there “should be”. Not “will be.” He no doubt smells a rat and can see the white wash coming down.
Ohh boy, he wants them to get fired. They deserve a firing squad.
Did I miss something? Barr’s been on the case for 4 years? My friend, as I recall there was a guy named Mueller who was running a fraudulent witch hunt operation for almost 2 years that has been totally discredited. The discrediting part has been going on for several months. Barr has been in office for barely over 1/2 a year and is just now having his say.
Yes lodi90 there is a Santa Claus but how about getting a grip on your timeline and give him a chance?
They’ll find some blue collar guy at the FBI to throw under the bus, probably the janitor. He’ll go to prison.
I am no DC insider, but the fact that Durham is working with Barr gives me hope that this whe thing is not a cover-up. From what ive read here on FR about Durham, he is not one to suffer fools, or frauds, kindly.
Or gladly!
Joe gives me hope, but you could be right - we might be waiting for the Great Pumpkin ...
diGenova is about as credible in his many, many, many claims of insider information as is Hannity’s “tick, tick tick” ...
Yes, Durham is Barr’s choice for this job. Mark Meadows spoke out today and either he’s wishful thinking or he is publicly stating that Durham’s report will be very damning for Comey and others. Meadows also reminded that the Horowitz report is very bad for Comey and the FBI because it shows how Director Comey set the example for McCabe and Strzok on how they could behave as FBI execs out to take out a president. This Horowitz report is going to be very important in augmenting the bombs still to drop.
The traitors used SWAT teams and even jailed Trumps lawyer over frivolous claims, all within a year or so. Meanwhile, those there now supposedly restoring justice have been sitting on criminal referrals for McCabe for at least that long already. Hes released a book AND got a TV gig since the referrals were sent! If they were serious they would have been squeezing on him, instead.
He is also one of the very few that pointed to the April 2017 Opinion and Order of the FISA Court, released to the public with no fanfare by ODNI.

I want the people to go after the institutions of the government the press with figurative torches and pitchforks.
I disagree with that. I say "it depends."
The real point should be to flip the public attitude. OJ Simpson escaped conviciton, but the public believed he was guilty. That outcome for this coup would be fine with me. The case has to be strong, easy enough to understand, the evidence damning, the trials very public - prime time entertainment.
I don't expect the law to provide justice. The law is an ass. In fact, the law was used as a tool to facilitate the coup - the law itself was used as a weapon to do harm to the public. Plenty of people inside the system are involved in this abuse of power.
Grand jury proceedings are sealed until an indictment is announced through the court. If Joe knew for certain that someone was being indicted, and that information didn’t come from the accused criminal himself, then he himself would be facing some serious legal trouble.
Jeff Sessions was a failure as AG. His whole recusal reeks of an inside job. Can’t argue your point. We know what the Mueller (figurehead) team was up to. The president was overly cautious while his ‘team’ were plotting his coup.
The only thing he could do was to get a new team. Barr leads it and nothing I see indicates incompetence or disloyalty to the law on his part. I don’t argue your point about the handling of McCabe, Strzok, Comey, the whole bunch of them. But it’s clear to me we wouldn’t be having these real investigations now if we didn’t have a guy like Barr running DoJ now.
I am willing to wait him out. I was very impressed with his handling of Mueller and his behavior in front of Congress. He hasn’t played his strongest hand yet so I’m of the belief the real war hasn’t started yet and that is Barr’s decision.
How many Trump policies have been blocked (albeit temporarily) by the a judge? The judges are part of undoing the results of the election.
At any rate, I agree with you that FISA is harmful. It is a license to spy on the public in violation of the 4th amendment, with the EXPRESS approval of Congress. It is a sham on the public, one of many. "We'll pas FISA to regulate snooping." They think we are stupid.
Repeal FISA, disband the millions of dollars sham, and let the spying go on as it would and does anyway. The government is out of control, and laws are incapable of controlling it.
It was a different John Roberts who was on the plane.
I know you know this, but for others reading, GJ secrecy attaches to the jurors and the prosecutor, not to the witnesses.
Natrually, witnesses don't know for a fact that an indictment exists. That fact is known only to the jurors, prosecutor, and court. But some aspects of GJ proceedings are not bound up in secrecy by law.
