Yes, Townhall's website is re-loading perfectly fine. No, you are not reading the same news story again, though it certainly feels that way. And who could blame you for thinking that you have deja vu while reading about this case? On Thursday, ABC 7's Kevin Lewis reported that police in Montgomery County, Maryland have arrested an illegal immigrant on molestation charges. This has now occurred again, and again, and again, and again, and again. That's right, this is now the sixth individual illegally in the country accused of sexual offenses in one Maryland county in the past month alone. And here's the kicker -- Montgomery Count Executive Marc Ehlrich insists he doesn't have a problem and that his jurisdiction isn't a sanctuary county.
Lewis reports that Nestor Lopez-Guzman was arrested by Montgomery County police on August 18th after police were notified that the 21-year-old Salvadoran national sexually abused 12-year-old girl and her brother over a six month period. The unidentified victim told police that on more than one occasion, Lopez-Guzman would touch her legs and try to move his hand up towards her vagina.
She stated that she doesn't believe he ever actually did touch her genitals, because she would kick him and move away before he ever could. But, she stated that these approaches sexual in nature. The accused pervert would say to the minor "how delicious" while making the advances. On one occasion, while Lopez-Guzman held the victim's nine-month-old sister, the suspect is alleged to have forcibly put his hand down the minor's shirt and touching her breasts.
Lewis also reports that "Lopez-Guzman confessed to touching the elementary school-age boy's genitals, claiming it was a 'cultural joke' that's 'common in El Salvador.'"
Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed that Lopez-Guzman is in the country illegally. ICE lodged a detainer on him two days after he was arrested, took him in custody, and released him after he posted an immigration bond.
In mid-August, I reported on the two illegal immigrants accused of repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl. In July, I reported on the illegal immigrant who targeted more than 25 women addicted to drugs. The foreign national would then offer narcotics in exchange for sex for himself and his associates. Last week, an illegal immigrant accused of first-degree rape and attempted second-degree murder was arrested. Just two days ago, I reported that an illegal alien was arrested for allegedly crawling into a 16-year-old girl's bed and raping her at knifepoint. All of these crimes occurred in Montgomery County.
But, what does Montgomery County Exeutive Erlich have to say on the issue? Well, he told a frustrated Vince Coglianese of WMAL radio in DC on Wednesday, "Look, I understand that tension. But, I mean, are you suggesting we should -- I mean, do you support just deporting all illegal immigrants?"
Pathetic.
But is Montgomery County a sanctuary city? Well, technically not, but it may as well be considered one:
While Montgomery County does not officially recognize itself a sanctuary county, its protocol makes it a de facto sanctuary county. This means they do not comply with ICE in most situations. "Our law enforcement and other support agencies will continue to follow local laws, rules and regulations. As a matter of policy, we do not inquire about anyone's immigration status to support immigration enforcement, nor do we conduct immigration raids or investigations," County Executive Marc Elrich said in a July 2019 government resource page titled, "Montgomery County Supports Immigrants." "We also encourage residents to seek help from organizations that provide legal assistance and advice, so individuals will know their rights if they are stopped or detained by ICE," County Council President Nancy Navarro added.
Tucker is gonna be purplectric.
BUILD THE WALL!
DEPORT THEM ALL!
This may be obvious. A Mexican national told me that sexual abuse was common and overlooked in Mexico. It is just now that the culture is beginning to try to sanction it.
Close the border, vet them carefully, deport them all.
Point them south, and tell them to start walking until they see penguins.
Montgomery County used to be one of the most affluent and crime-free counties in the U.S.
They need to locked up and extradited to their country, where they should continue to be locked up. And be glad they weren’t just shot.
The story here isn’t so much the commission of crimes by illegals, but is instead the actions of Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and his order to county officials to not cooperate with ICE, and his false statements regarding the matter, and his deflective statements regarding the matter, and his blaming of the federal government for the matter.
And also, the ongoing story is the delusion of middle Americans, exemplified here by liberal voters in this county adjacent to the District of Columbia, who vote for these ****suckers like Elrich.

One would think that the opposition political party could make some hay with this issue, but maybe the citizens of Montgomery County don't mind child abuse going on in their neighborhoods.

Just doing the jobs that Americans refuse to do.

County Exec. Marc Erlich is a soft Marxist and Maryland’s States Attorney General Brian Frosch is a hardcore Marxist and possible recipient of Soros funding (need to check more on that but Soros has funded many leftist State’s AG in recent years, and now at the local County levels (and they are winning).
