The state is not doing its job to prevent ballot box manipulation. People need to go to jail for such things.
Governor needs to be impeached out of office for not running a tight ship.

The screen is probably miscalibrated.
If someone other than a drama queen wanted to vote for Waller, they'd just touch a bit, or a lot, below his name.
