I honestly believe the DNC wants to use Warren as their Anti-Bernie candidate. She panders enough to eat away at Bernie’s base, especially since her rhetoric sounds more like Bernie in 2016 than his own at this point. Bernie’s staff is comprised of “Woke” activists who are writing his tweets talking about the epidemic of transgender suicides.

When Biden and Kamala flame out, I expect the donors will rally around her.

I think her platform will be ME NO PAUSE!
Can’t wait to see throngs (NOT THONGS) of Siouxper stiouxpid women holding their big ME NO PAUSE ROCKS signs at rallies. Ah, good times ahead..

Not a good idea to use such words, at all.

Four years ago, Trump was a sensation at the Iowa Fair. Remember when he brought one of his helicopters and gave some of the kids rides? Anyhow, Trump dominated the news cycle the entire time he was there.

There is nobody in the Democratic field even approaching that level of enthusiasm. Sure, the Democrats will eventually nominate somebody and that somebody will automatically get 60 million votes no matter who they are. But no enthusiasm.

What looks like a slow news week where #Faux took the point for the #MSM coverage du jour, is actually an attempt to lock up her VP slot.

Ever since #Karamela threw the VP slot away with both hands in the 1st Donkey Cart Debate, now the CW is that #Faux can finish 2nd or 3rd in the run up to #GropinJoe's Super Tuesday coronation, because I finally gotta agree with the observation that Bernie's heart just ain't in it this time. He's back to his preferred slant of making grunting noises in the debates, but where's his rallies? Where are his public appearances? Nah, he built that nice new Mansion on the Lake after pulling a McCain to Cankles, and knows he ain't got it anymore.

Now #Faux will ruin the ticket BUT she'll be less of a problem to internally manage than #Karamela AND -- here's the key point -- the Donkey minders will be able to pump 500 million through the campaign to themselves as a 'viable-but-losing' ticket.

Note that this is also the week that #Robotox invest into Chakarabidati yielding the threat of future lawsuits finally shut up AOC -- only to have Tlaib go off the Reservation.

But it was also the week that #GropinJoe started talking nice-nice about GOP 'friends'.

The Mr. Nice campaign is a bore about a boor.

in other words, given all of Warren’s negatives, some Dems (rightfully) see Warren as Hillary II ...

It’s not going to be a woman in 2020. It’ll probably NOT be a woman for a long time to come, even though there are some real kick-@ss Conservative women out there.

The Conservative men that I know would still have issues voting for a Conservative woman, and the ‘Rats certainly won’t vote for her, either.

Very annoying. However I, too, would NEVER vote for anyone based only on their sex or race.

Funny how angry white elitist liberals think snobs like Warren and Bernie would win in a national election without even considering how disconnected these two are from every type of identity based dem voter except for angry white elitist liberals.

“I’ve never met a farmer or tradesman or homemaker or any other person of “modest circumstances” that is turned off by an educated person who treats then with common decency and respect. “

me neither. even though i’ve got two degrees in computer science, i’ve never had trouble relating to and appreciating folks with less formal education. there are many kinds of education and many kinds of skills and capabilities, and formal education is not the end-all and be-all ...

i appreciate and admire the knowledge and skills people have obtained by doing things and learning on their own, and i love to learn from them about things i don’t know about, ranging from automobile mechanics to farming to self-made businessmen ... i have friends from all walks of life and particularly cherish those that have led different lives than i have, yet are still open to admitting me, a stranger in effect, to their worlds ...

I wonder why more of her constituents do not doubt her honesty, as she seems to be almost Clintonesque in her ability to lie. A realistic appraisal of her chances, would give her none. Fraud is not a positive thing, and she shows not a single sign of either remorse or desire to reform. She cannot be trusted with any real power.

My understanding is that she was quite conservative when it suited her - before taking a hard left to run in Massachusetts and now the Dem nom.

Even Massachusites don’t like her. It’s not inconceivable she won’t take her own state in her party nomination or the general election.
