The leader of a conservative group was arrested Friday in Portland, Ore., one day before planned protests involving supporters of the far-left Antifa movement and supporters of several conservative groups.
Joey Gibson, leader of Portland-based Patriot Prayer, turned himself in to authorities in connection with an arrest warrant for rioting, stemming from a violent clash in the city on May 1, according to the Associated Press. He was later released after posting bail, with further legal action pending.
In a video posted on Facebook, Gibson accused police of targeting conservative groups for arrests but not members of Antifa, even though masked Antifa supporters have been seen on videos engaging in violence during past protests.

Yeah. Arrest a prayer guy, and let the criminals riot to their heart’s contents. Maybe they will tear Portland down to the sidewalks.
Our nation has become hopelessly corrupt. Unless, and until, the DOJ restores law and order with indictments and arrests, we’re in deep trouble.
Trump declaring Martial Law to deal with the #FusionCollusion traitors and illegals might just save this country. Maybe.

If he does nothing more, he has done more then any AG in decades. He totally controlled the narrative on the mueller report.

Definitely. I used to think that Trump could “fix it” if he became president. At that time, we had no clue how horrendous or deep the corruption is in almost every facet of the country. Four years of Trump will improve things like a drop in a bucket. Eight years we could see a few positive changes. After that, who knows? It’s so bad it seems hopeless.
There was a time when a President would say enough of this BS and send in the National Guard with the full weight of the DOJ.
They haven’t descended into putting him and people like him in a holding cell with a dozen hard core antifa. Not yet. Not yet.
I agree, and I realize that the MSM is trying to demoralize us, but honestly they don't have to try very hard. Pick any aspect of America today, and compare it to 30 years ago, and the deterioration is astonishing, in a bad way. DJT is fighting this mess largely alone, as the GOP has abandoned the battlefield. We're in deep trouble and the cavalry isn't coming to our rescue.
We are witnessing the identical dynamics that existed before the Civil Rights movement of the 60’s. Leftists dominate government institutions especially in large cities. The leftist movement is systematically destroying the culture of those cities. Their rigid opposition to tradition, culture, Christianity, and conservatism is identical to discrimination to blacks leading up to the 60’s.
We will very soon begin to see mass demonstrations in our major cities opposing leftist government. The media will be flummoxed by the sight of people of color demonstrating against their plantation owners.
The entire house of cards of race baiting will deteriorate. This terrible chapter of racism, sustained by leftist doctrine will come to and end and with it the scourge of Marxism.
I would be pleased if that were to happen. I do not believe that it will, at least not "very soon". Other actions would be required first, and would be more effective than mass demonstration in any case.
I do hope the Proud Boys will provide some entertainment in Portland over this week-end.

Actually, the article labels Antifa, "far-left" and they don't label the conservative groups, "far right".
Compare that to the coverage from other Big Media sources.
Seems better to me.
