Rashida Tlaib and the Left made a very big deal about her only wanting to visit her 90-year-old grandma (and pick figs!) when Israel banned her and Ilhan Omar from entering because of their support for BDS.
Well, Israel decided Tlaib could go ahead and enter to visit her grandmother …
And she has turned them down.
The Israeli interior minister called her out on Twitter:
From the Israeli interior minister: “I authorized this humanitarian trip, but it turns out that it was a provocation to embarrass Israel. Her hatred for Israel overcomes her love for her grandmother.”

Truth is she never had any intention of going, it was all about trying to make Israel an evil villain keeping her from seeing her possibly dying, grandmother.

She is traveling on the U.S. taxpayer dollar. Wake up... she is a member of the U.S. Congress. Why do you not know that?

Benjamin Netanyahu played this one brilliantly. He scores political points with his base for denying the two Muslim rabble rousers entry to Israel. Then he scores points for compassion for permitting Talib access to the country to visit her grandmother but he doesn’t have to put up with her because she rejects the reasonable conditions (which I think he knew she’d do).
Not sure this is on the taxpayer dime. Last week an official congressional delegation of 52 pols visited Israel but Omar and Tleib weren’t with them. Their trip was to be at least partially financed by a private, anti-Israel group.
