They claim to figure with red flag laws what and who is doing what ahead of time, but then claim they cannot figure. As to ‘trusting the Republicans’ to repeal a red flag law on their own, I actually do agree with you. They won’t. But at least there is a DAMN GOOD CHANCE that we’ll have RGB replaced on the Supreme Court, along with flipping another seat. Give 7-2 on the Supreme Court, and IF Trump does a good job in filling the seats (do you really think AOC will do a better job), then there it becomes VERY LIKELY that any red flag laws will be overturned or at least severely restricted, if they’re shown to step on 2nd Amendment Rights.

If we get Hardiman as a Supreme Court nominee, maybe. If Trump follows the *it's a woman's position, so you have to replace her with Amy Coney Barrett or Britt Grant*, don't hold your breath. The fix is in.
