Huh? If this were true, then all of the federal grants that have conditions, such as the onerous requirements on schools (including meal programs) would also not be legal.

I don't know what the percentage is, but the good news is that a high number of 9th Circus decisions are eventually overturned.

I thought Trump had appointed enough judges to the 9th Circus to start having an impact their Lefty rulings. I guess not yet.

It’s particularly important in some of the small three judge decisions that are handed down.
