It's all BS. They have found the right to abortion in The Constitution. They have found the right to same-sex marriage in The Constitution. But a right that is explicitly stated, the right to keep and bear arms, they want to take away by arguing that the meaning is up to interpretation. No way.

Correct. It's related to the term "regular" Army. It doesn't mean the "normal" army like modern parlance would suggest. It means a standing army that is provisioned by the government and prepared to fight. A well-regulated militia is one that is provisioned and ready to fight... an army of individuals who bear their own arms.
