Lots of conservatives are understandably upset that the IG Horowitzs criminal referral of James Comey for leaking classified memos memorializing his conversations with President Trump is not being prosecuted by the Department of Justice. It eerily reminds us of James Comey exonerating Hillary Clinton for her prima facie violations of the Espionage Act because he could perceive no criminal intent (which is unnecessary for gross negligence to apply).
Weve been suckered before, so cynicism is warranted. Tucker Carlson opened his show last night making this point:

But there is more much more to the story this time. The case against Comey for leaking is weaker and less serious than his signing of the FISA warrant applications that corruptly cited the Steele Dossier, even though it was known to be unverified. IG Horowitz has a separate report coming on that, and US Attorney John Durham is reportedly working on prosecuting that.
Watch two very distinguished, high profile attorneys Joe di Genova and Alan Dershowitz -- discuss this with Laura Ingraham. And as you do, imagine to potential consequences of taking as the first case against Comey a prosecution that could well be lost. Once a prosecution fails, the calls to drop the political motivated persecution would be legion. I is important that the first case taken to a jury be rock-solid and serious.

Very short order? LOL... not until after 2020
The IG report will be out this month and Durham will either start recommending indictments (or announcing not to) in the next 60 days, mark my words.
If I’m wrong you know where to find me.
trying to be objective, I rate him 50/50 as you can see from my posts.
During the campaign I fell for the rhetoric, as I never did before. I actually thought he would bring criminals to justice and do something about runaway spending.
In his way he is also big government, federal government, while cutting regulations he holds federal powers over issues which by the 10th amendment belong to the states.
The rest as i said i give him high marks.
Huber who gave the Hilary investigation a pass? We have to wait for another whitewash? And you call me stupid?
I did not call you stupid, I said that issuing indictments now rather than waiting a few weeks until the HOROWITZ report was released would be “just plain stupid”.
Lighten up and take the time to comprehend what is written.
Believing something plain stupid, suggests the person with that belief is stupid. But that is neither here nor there. Huber is deep state and proved he cant be trusted. The Hilary report was a complete disaster for our country, it proved justice is not equal. Peter Stroke was bias but it didnt affect his work. Really?
Because of his report, Clinton will never be charged. No one in that investigation will ever face justice for their participation in the whitewash and phony investigation.
Not trusting Huber based on prior acts is not stupid, its pragmatic.
"Not worried, very angry. Wondering who else I can vote for"

Behold -- the whinging shrieks of the LoserBird embeds...
HUBER = HOROWITZ
(HUBER pissed me off to with his non-investigation, investigation).
plenty to whine about. Check the facts and stop drinking the kool aide 31 months and counting.
Yeaah -- riiiiight... So -- you "contribute" by crouching safely behind your keyboard and spewing negativity.
Your number -- got it!
I asked for the case, but they gave not to a democrat.
and you contribute by covering for the president and the doj. Who’s paying you to shill for their failures?
I am not upset. I am furious!
This is most ludicrous crap Ive read yet. We cant do away with the crooks because they are our crooks.
Absolutely. Apparently, you’ve haven’t noticed Rotten Rod Rosenstein is now undermining POTUS on twitter. Or the fact that Ratcliffe stated crimes were committed by Obama admin. No doubt the Congressional Gang of 8 were briefed on Obama admin operations against Trump. What did Mitch McConnell know and when did he know it?
That we don’t have answers to basic questions like why is the FISA court remains silent nearly 3 years after these crimes can only be because “our side” doesn’t want us to know the ugly truth and their part in it.
BALONEY! I WANT *EVERY* CRIME PROSECUTED.
What if they get nothing out of the next ‘investigation’???
ARREST HIM ANYWAY AND LET HIM STAY OUT ON BAIL
"and you contribute by covering for the president and the doj. Whos paying you to shill for their failures?"

AH! I see: gazing at your own bruised belly button -- and unable to think globally, strategically, or consider the "critical path":

I just re-opened this in my graphics engine and added another (*un-planned, but already completed) critical path item dealing with defeated opposition:
It's a shame there are so many FReepers who, apparently, are unfamiliar with the detailed, critical-path planning and execution of a major program (or military strategic plan, which Trump's task more closely resembles)!
That explains (but doesn't excuse) this whole thread of FR "kiddies in the back seat", whining,

Paying me? LOL!! I'm having too much fun! Who's paying you for your seditious snarks?

I vote for results everything else is speculation and bullshot. Go to the Q threads and see all the things that never happened.
You keep seeing the man as some grand strategist and i see him as coward or comnplkict by not to imprisoning the higgest poiltical criminals of all time. And he’s a hypocrite for leading all those “Lock her up” chants and getting the mob pumped.
You’re 30 months down and counting with nada squat. So try to build some new miles of wall and hope no one remembers the coup, the fileserver, the dossier, the uranium, and the Haiti foundations fraud, the immigrant and tax fraud yelling at him every day.
Democrat fools are guilty
Of course they are! And, they're embedded in all aspects of our government...
You're "preaching to the choir". I'm the FReeper who created this HRC video.
Watch all of it; I guarantee you'll learn something!
(Even now, the only edit I'd make is that we now know that some of that stack of "lost" Blackberries were actually smashed with hammers...)
