CINCINNATIDonald Trumps supporters would like to be clear: They are tired of being called racists.
Leave it to the presidents eldest son to set the tone. Last night at the 17,500-person-capacity U.S. Bank Arena downtown here, Donald Trump Jr. strode onto the stage two hours before the president was scheduled to speak. The venue was already brimming.
It had been a rough week for his father. On July 28, President Trump was once again deemed racist after lashing out at House Oversight Chairman Elijah Cummings, whose district includes part of Baltimore. Trump referred to the city 40 miles north of Washington as a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess in which no human being would want to live. Those comments came shortly after the president suggested that four progressive congresswomen of color go back to the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came, prompting the crowd at his July 17 rally in Greenville, North Carolina, to chant, Send her back! Trumpthough he later disavowed the chantdid nothing to stop it.
Last night, Trump supporters in Cincinnati were eager to defend their man.
Its amazing that when Donald Trump makes a comment about Baltimore, its racist, its terrible, its this. But when the mayor of that town, when the congressman from that town, says the exact same thing, Oh! No problem! Trump Jr. boomed, referring to a statement that Cummings made in 1999, calling Baltimore drug-infested.
Its sad, he continued, that using racism has become the easy button of left-wing politics. All right? Because guess what? It still is an issue But by making a mockery of it by saying every time you cant win a fightOh! Were just gonna push the button! Its racistyou hurt those that are actually afflicted by it.

If someone calls you Hitler, will you then be allowed to pull out a knife and cut their tattoos off to make a lampshade?
Asking for a fiend, er that is friend.
29 Feb 2016: Podesta emails: From Patrick Healy NYT
Hi Angel, hi Tina, Hope youre both well. Amy Chozick and I are doing a story about how the Clinton campaign and its supporters view Trump as a general election opponent and plan to run against him. The story will run in tomorrows paper...
President Clinton, like others, thinks that Trump has his finger on the pulse of the electorates mood and that only a well-financed, concerted campaign portrayed him as dangerous and bigoted will win what both Clintons believe will be a close November election...
He, Mrs. Clinton, and the campaign all agree that they will need to seize on opportunities to paint Trump as extremist and recklessly impulsive...
Happy to talk this over by email or phone before 6pm today. Thanks, Patrick

29 February 2016: NYT: Inside the Clinton Teams Plan to Defeat Donald Trump
By Amy Chozick and Patrick Healy
They were confident that his incendiary remarks about immigrants, women and Muslims would make him unacceptable to many Americans. They had faith that the growing electoral power of black, Hispanic and female voters would deliver a Clinton landslide if he were the Republican nominee.
But others, including former President Bill Clinton, dismissed those conclusions as denial. They said that Mr. Trump clearly had a keen sense of the electorates mood and that only a concerted campaign portraying him as dangerous and bigoted would win what both Clintons believe will be a close November election...
During the Republican debate on Thursday, the Clinton campaign posted an image on Instagram that said, These are not American values: Racism, sexism, bigotry, discrimination, inequality.
Mr. Trump emphatically denies being bigoted, saying he is simply not politically correct.

Last year, The Huffington Post assigned stories on Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to the entertainment section, seeing him as a buffoonish diversion.
It now appears to view Trump as a threat, attaching an editors note to the end of every article about him to inform readers he is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist, birther and bully....

Yes we are tired, VERY.
I’m not! It allows the enema’s of the people to reveal themselves! Keep calling us that. An elephant never forgets!
“white toxic mysoginist”
T-shirt ordered!
If were possible to get an honest study done, I am confident that we would find that on a percentage base more blacks are racists than are whites.
And the black racism is not very subtle.
Elaina Plott, the scribbler of this false screed, is a racist, a baby killer and a Nazi.
See how easy it is to smear leftists.
But the blind continue walking down the cliff side path.
This writer for the Atlantic makes people who resent the `racist’ label seem like an exotic lost tribe that deserves further study by the enlightened. Very subtly condescending.
This is no evidence of that.
I love how journalists refuse to fact check things (in this case Omar’s citizenship circumstances) and then say: “There is no evidence of that”.
I think that quote goes back to Hillary talking about the Monica Lewinski affair.
Sort of like: “There is no evidence that Vince Foster’s death was anything but an accident. We made darn sure of that”.
The “Racist” card is used so often it should be made out of titanium for its over usage.
Plus 1000000!
“FWIW, I could care less anymore.”
You’re doing it right. The more you get offended by being called a racist, sexist, etc the more power you give them, and you’re always playing defense.
EMBRACE THE INSULT... and then go on the offensive.
Whenever someone calls me a racist, I correct them and say No, I am a realist as I let truth and facts govern my thinking.
Thanks for posting that info.
While in the States it isn’t quite the same I can tell you that very few Asians refer to themselves as such. Some take quite a bit of offense in it.
They refer to themselves by their culture: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc
Lord have mercy if you call one the wrong thing ...oof
Great meme though
