Jordan began: The “FBI interviewed Joseph Mifsud on February 10th, 2017. In that interview, Mr. Mifsud lied. You point this out on page 193, Volume I. Three times, he lied to the FBI; yet, you didn't charge him with a crime. Why not?”
Mueller was still looking for the page in his binder: “Did you say -- I'm sorry, did you say 193?”
“Volume I, 193,” Jordan repeated impatiently. “He [Mifsud] lied three times, you point it out in the report, why didn't you charge him with a crime?”

Jordan pointed out that the special counsel hadn’t hesitated to prosecute those alleged to have made false statements. George Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to telling lies to the FBI ... With prosecutors so eager to punish half-truths and trivial dissembling, why did Mifsud come in for special treatment?
Perhaps Mifsud isn’t under indictment because he can’t be found. But, of course, Mueller’s team indicted a dozen Russian military intelligence officers, GRU agents safely in Russia and beyond the special counsel’s legal reach. Even if Mifsud were hiding out in Russia, why wouldn’t the special prosecutor indict him? The “guy who launches everything, the guy who puts this whole story in motion, you can't charge him,” Jordan said. “I think that's amazing.”

It was Mifsud, the report alleges, who took a trip to Moscow, and on his return “told Papadopoulos that the Russian government had ‘dirt’ on Hillary Clinton in the form of thousands of emails.”

Bull Durham must put Mifsud under oath in a Grand Jury, if he hasn’t
already.
I can’t explain it, but Misfud’s name popped in my consciousness overnight.
If the FBI knows for a fact that Mifsud lied, then Durham should simply indict Mifsud based on FBI information and submit an extradition request to Italy.
The FBI, the DoJ, the CIA, Rosenstein, Comey, and OSC/Mueller KNOW FULL WELL that Mifsud is a western intelligence asset, and that his contacts with the Russians are part of his role.
The whole narrative blows up when it is shown that Mifsud acted at the direction of the coup plotters. There is no way that Mueller et al want him to testify, or for his full associations to come out. These people are critical fact witnesses for the small parts that made up the whole. Each knows who directed them.
I find it possible, even very likely, that Mifsud, Halper, Christian Cantor, et al., were not read into the big picture of the coup plot, and were under the convenient belief that they were following orders in a legit operation.
If he has important information it may be better that he stays hidden in an undisclosed location, far from Arkansas.
It’s not much of a mystery. It’s becoming obvious that Misfud was a CIA asset, like the so-called Australian diplomat. Misfud starts a rumor that Trump has dirt on Clinton by way of the Russians, telling Papadapolus, who is the cut-out. Papadapolus tells the Australian, who tells the FBI, forming justification for a phony counter-intelligence probe targeting Trump. This was a Brennan orchestrated coup attempt, which I would call stupid and transparent, except for all the trouble it has caused.
The point of the operation was to fraudulently obtain FISA warrants. No wonder so many people are worried about this.
The last I heard, Mifsud was hanging out at a CIA-associated training center in Rome.

Not likely that we will ever hear from him. He has an in-depth knowledge of many other assets. Definitely the wrong guy to rattle.
That “training center” has a very high % of foreign students..... And there are as many “employees” as there are foreign students.....
Brennan weaponised the CIA. Maybe he and Obama were working for the total compromise of Langley. The Comey Mueller mess threatens to compromise the FBI convictions of domestic criminals and we may see all the court cases challenged. I think that is why Huber and Sessions did not or could not achieve much. But even worse, the carnage perpetrated the MB dbl agents in the CIA i would assume threatens treaties and intel secrets of 5 western nations.
