With several alarming indicators showing that more South Africans are leaving the country, an increasing number of people have started to research their options on how to move money offshore

To any white South African I say: forget the money. Leave. Now, while you still can. And salt the earth you left.
If you have a business involved in export, it’s easy: when you sell a product or service outside SA, bank the revenue outside, and pay your people with your inside-SA assets, until you have spent all your inside SA assets.
Then, you can provide a service to other white South Africans: invest money in my company, and get revenue deposited outside SA.
How much money could Jews leaving Nazi Germany bring?
And which Jews have grandchildren and great-grandchildren?
Just do it.
“I don’t understand; I’ve taken to mailing strangers on the internet to help me, offering huge sums of money, and no-one will help me!”
In 78 it was 10,000 rand when it was 1R = $2 at least when we got the hell out.
Today the Rand is worth 7c.
Those left have one of two conditions. The dumbs or the libs. We knew in 74 it was time to GTH out.
A few years ago it was revealed that Whites are slated for elimination, after their money and property are taken first.
Then it mysteriously dropped off the news...
I wonder if people purchasing safaris in South Africa pay for them into Panamanian accounts...
If you use Obamexpress, the amount must be on the order of $150 Billion...on pallets
But maybe only if it’s going to Iran
Going back to the 1980s when I lived on a boat in Fort Lauderdale, even then there were currency export restrictions to prevent white flight.
I met a couple families that got around this by putting all their savings into yacht (sailboat) and then sailing away to Florida.
Just food for thought.
See 11 please.
Jewish?
I ask because c. 1980 I became aware there was a reasonably substantial Jewish South African ex-pat community in the Atlanta area. Those folks could see the future and voted with their feet, and got the heck out!
Put everything in American dollars and carry as many $100’s as possible. You can probably fit a couple hundred bills in a wallet
Then you have to declare it, or risk confiscation or worse.
I never had my wallet searched when I left Canada on a vacation.
Sailboat sounds interesting but bottom line is gtfo. Buy a plane ticket (even round trip) and go on vacation in Texas. Dont go back. It works for millions of brown people.
This thread is about leaving neo-Marxist-run South Africa with concealed wealth, not Canada.
Heh... Nope. Born and bred Afrikaner. All the gynos fled first and went to Houston. They were 95%+ Jewish so you are correct. It was obvious. We lived in Joburg on the side of a small mountain with a view of the entire city and could see the plumes of smoke rising out of SOWETO during the 74 riots. Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin, in other words the writing was on the wall. Decision made. Took 3 years to get the permanent residency visas lined up. The other year was spent shutting down there and starting up here.
I am serious about the whites left being either stupid or leftists. There are a few farmers left that had no choice as they saw it but it boils down to they were stupid in not gittin while the gittin was good and let their greed override their rationality. Caught in a monkey fist trap. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpJmpClJi4E
I have actually been snacking on biltong this morning.
I agree.
But having a sailboat means you have a place to live while in an undetermined legal status in the USA or elsewhere (Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, etc). And you are not stuck, broke, in the first place you land (Texas in your example.)
Weather patterns from the RSA over to South America and up to the Caribbean and Florida are easy even for a novice sailor. Modern GPS/chart-plotters make navigation as easy as driving from city to city on the interstate.
As long as you are not chronically motion sick (maybe less than 10% of folks) you can do it. Put almost every Rand of your wealth, legally, into a sailboat, and convert as much as possible of the rest into dollars or Euros.
Then just go out for a perfectly legal day sail, and just keep going. If Uruguay doesn’t suit, try Brazil, and on up to Florida or Texas. All the while, you have a place to live, and a means to keep moving until you find just the right place. Then you sell your sailboat, and your nest egg is converted back into cash.
I’m putting this option out there because I have met folks who actually did it, successfully. They didn’t land in the USA as tourists/illegals with just a small amount of cash. They came with all their wealth in the form of a sailboat that they later converted back to cash, after finding just the right place to settle and work.
