Just asked Nadler if what they’re doing now is the same thing as an impeachment inquiry, and he said: “In effect.” And then he said the distinction is that impeachment inquiry is just about impeachment. His probe is a bit broader but could lead to recommendation of impeachment

Come on! They know Republicans don’t have the balls to do stuff like this. Republicans barely opposed Obama. They did everything they could to get along with him.
Nah, Obama got away with so much when we had both House and Senate. We never have the back bone to be “go for the throat” as Dems. In addition, we don’t have the same Judges who will give any ruling Dems want.
I highly suspect Deep state has already given info to Nadler, Pelosi and others of what has been redacted and sealed. If Deep state, DOJ, FBI were willing to take down a President for the last couple of years, they will have by now given them info on grand jury folks.
I thought the function of the courts is to “interpret the law.”
Basically, Nadler wants to find a court that will misinterpret the law in a manner that’s helpful to his political agenda.
Do these fools ever learn? The Mueller hearings were a total disaster for them and now this??? They remind me of the coyote from the roadrunner cartoons.
What the Dems are trying to do is stop the investigation of the investigators by using impeachment as leverage. It is laughable. When they state they will stop the impeachment push if POTUS stops the investigator investigation, POTUS will tell them to pound sand.
