Just asked Nadler if what they’re doing now is the same thing as an impeachment inquiry, and he said: “In effect.” And then he said the distinction is that impeachment inquiry is just about impeachment. His probe is a bit broader but could lead to recommendation of impeachment
Mueller made sure to influence the election , then end it after Democrats had the House again, therefore to impeach.
Nadler now is going to lie, even though President Trump WAS EXONERATED by controlling legal authorities Rosenstein & Barr. Mueller cleared Trump of collusion, then Rosenstein & Barr cleared Trump of obstruction of justice. It was NOT Mueller’s call.
But Nadler wants two things: 1) He wants to take back the White House by keeping Trump under investigation & smears...and 2) He wants to win the Senate back by defining Mitch McConnell’s Senate as caring more about party & defending Trump than caring about rule of law & the country. Barr has to charge Hillary & has to charge Mueller & his team & everybody he can with crimes they committed. Schiff meeting with Cohen & Simpson is witness tampering....for examople.
He isn’t going to get it because his side is not squeaky clean and is going to have their own problems to deal with starting next week.

Didn’t the Ninth Circuit “rule” that legal actions, which are specifically authorized by the Constitution and other laws, are — in their opinion — actually ILLEGAL, if anyone thinks those actions were taken for a “corrupt purpose”?
Well, I think that:
To promote a witch-hunt is a corrupt purpose...
To pander to a lynch-mob is a corrupt purpose...
To serve Russian paymasters who want to “meddle” in the 2020 election is a corrupt purpose...
Therefore I think ALL subpoenas issued by irredeemably corrupt Nadler are ILLEGAL for that reason alone. IMHO, illegal “subpoenas” may legally be ignored.
Disagree? Go cry to the 9th Circuit about it!

Congress, in its’ Constitutional role considering impeachment is not bound by the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
And is co-equal to the courts and the executive.
If they cite the information is for the purposes of Impeachment, any court in the land will approve subpoena for Grand Jury information by the FULL HOUSE.
But not a committee.
Rule 6(e) is not law and Congress is not bound by it.

On his radio show? What will be released next week? I hope you are right. This will stop the Dem impeachment efforts dead in their tracks. Impeachment will be seen for what it is, i.e., part of the coup attempt.
Joe Dijenova and Victoria Townsing said this yesterday that many people from the State Dept., FBI, AND CIA are coming forth and changing their statements to Durham and Horowitz, whistleblowers evidently didn’t feel safe before, however, now they feel there will be consequences for those breaking the law, instead of the whistleblower being thrown under the bus!! I STILL don’t believe consequences will come but we will see!! I firmly believe the rule of law is DONE in this country we might as well be living in Venezuela AND we are very close!!!

so I guess any loon in Congress( in this case Sherman for the firing of Comey) can file an article of impeachment on the first day of a new congress about anything.......... and that means the Judiciary Committee can claim a formal impeachment investigation is underway to find a loop hole so they can get anything they want about anything...
