A customer at a 7-Eleven store in Virginia shot two suspects who were allegedly trying to rob the business early Thursday morning, police said, according to reports.
The customer killed one of the suspects and injured the other during the 2 a.m. attempted robbery in Virginia Beach, Richmond's WTVR-TV reported. Both suspects were also armed, according to the report.
The customer, whom witnesses called a hero, had a concealed carry permit, police said, according to Norfolk's WTKR-TV.

Okay, question.
How come the two shot guys were only 'suspects' who were 'allegedly' trying to rob the business but they come right and say the guy 'shot' them.
Why didn't he 'allegedly' shoot them?
Something's not right here.
I want my money back.
Were the suspects non-white and the shooter white? Then obviously racism was involved and he’s a white supremacist Nazi with white privilege.
Maybe because the robbery was a crime, so the perps are presumed innocent until convicted, while the hero’s actions were noncriminal, so there is no need to presume innocence?
I too am getting sick and tried of the word "Suspect" . I believe innocent until proven guilty, but being caught with a gun pointed at a store clerk or found with 50# of dope means, He / she was pointing a gun at the clerk demanding money or he/she was found with 50# of dope in their vehicle. period....
otoh, if my mom had taken this approach, I probably would have turned out as a criminal.. IE.. I was caught with my hand in the cookie jar and a pile of crumbs were around my mouth, You can't spank me! I'm just a 'suspect" "you have to prove I was stealing cookies and I had full knowledge of what I was doing was wrong>>
“He saved our lives.” Well said.
Nothing good ever happens at a 7-11 at 2 AM.
“I too am getting sick and tried of the word ‘Suspect’.”
Me, too. But I prefer it to the even more watered-down “person of interest”. Next it’ll devolve to “poor misunderstood some person who maybe did something”.
Is he a hero for saving lives with his gun ? Or is he a hero because he had a permit ?

I never go anywhere without my CHL and gun. I also never go to convenience stores (or pretty much anywhere) at 2:00 AM.
