He is deeply involved with the current investigation into the FISA report. And like Mueller is also bound to not dig into current investigative issues and has to step lightly because of it. If there was not another investigation going on I think the Nunes gloves would be off.
Just like the NYC cops walking away from the Harlem turds, you need to know when not to strike a blow.
They will continue to try to impeach no matter how bad they came off today because they need to get him out of office before the 5 year limit is out.

He’s got until Inauguration Day, 2021, to have Hillary behind bars, or he makes himself a liar on the #1 most important promise he has ever made.
The only reason I still have hope he will make the deadline is because I believe he knows that a failure to put Hillary away will stain the nature of his brand permanently for the rest of history.
