A former juvenile court judge, a Democrat who took the bench after being declared the winner of a disputed 2010 election, was jailed Monday, and had to be taken out of the courtroom in Cincinnati, according to reports.

I'm trying to figure out what the crime was. Had to read almost to the end of the article and this is all they said. Not much detail.
Sounds like she committed a crime - more politicians should be imprisoned for political patronage. They abuse their power, provide patronage and payola, they should go to jail.
A federal judge in May rejected her bid to avoid jail.
She had stood trial on other counts that were dismissed after jurors couldn’t agree on a verdict.
She should not be sitting on a judicial bench of any kind.
I know this woman. I believe her. She’s fighting the corrupt uniparty machine in Cincinnati, especially the corrupt welfare system.
Her recent history does seem to provide evidence of her having issues. A psych evaluation would be for her own good.
I don’t get a kick out of a judge having to face the law. If they have broken the law, they should though, and it sounds like she blew it in a case involving her brother.
There are a lot of folks out there who can’t come to terms with the justice system being used if there is a Black defendant.
The detachment with reality is a rather unsettling thing to observe.

The impression I get is that the court is angry that she showed zero remorse. Had she done so, I’ll bet she would have gotten probation and time served. Certainly, a plea bargain was rejected.

You’ve never heard of the corruption in family services? It’s a huge problem.
So is she a former Democrat? Or a former judge? Or both?
Nothing to see here. Just another affirmative action failure. If blax make it into the judiciary because of entitlement, they’ll demand to stay in the judiciary because of entitlement, even if they’re criminals. Got it?
