Good morning, Pat. Remember this: Mueller’s investigative team was comprised of partisan Dems. I have no doubt that the were keeping Nadler and Schiff advised of what was happening every step of the way. No doubt they told them where to look in the report and what questions to ask Mueller.
Barr took some of the wind out of Mueller’s sails with his summary of the findings. The fact that Mueller sent a letter to Barr expressing their unhappiness and that the existence of the letter was sent to the MSM demonstrates what the objective of the report is, i.e., an obstruction of justice roadmap for impeachment. Mueller is just a figurehead. Weissmann is the power behind the throne. Inviting Mueller to testify and his willingness to do so are indications that the Dems know exactly what Mueller is going to say and Mueller knows in advance what questions the Dems will ask. The extra week was just giving Mueller time to memorize his lines. Look for a John Dean moment.
The Reps must be prepared and have a few surprises up their sleeves that Mueller is not prepared for. IMO it would be useful to leak the unredacted FISA warrant before Wednesday.
President Trump went to bat on behalf of American singer A$AP Rocky, who is in a Swedish jail. A$AP leveraged his white privilege to call in favors....

Georgia Rep Collins is on Bartiroma this morning and he sounds like the Repubs are loaded for bear.
If the Repubs let Mueller get out of this with joy, happiness and kind, fair smiles....well I don’t have any respect for most of the Repubs anyway.
Putting up that FISA thing is a good plan. But for sure the Mueller sweethearts know it’s likely to happen.
They’ll have a dossier submitted by somebody named Copper that asserts the FISA warrant was submitted with deception and the FBI did not have time to stop it.

Miller calmly responds: “Chris, throughout this interview you continue to conflate President Trump’s criticism of Obama with the Squad’s criticism of America.”
He sure is.
Wallace: "Nobody has any problem with what the President's policies have been; it's when he goes into stoking racial fears. I've never called any of his tweets racist, but there's no question that he is stroking racial divisions."
Then he goes on to defend AOC.
I’ve actually looked at her on court records in LexisNexis a year or two ago. She’s from a relatively conservative Armenian family in California. There’s nothing in her legal record indicating she’s very profound.
The Reps never fail to disappoint. Gowdy, Graham, etc. told us that Mueller was a paragon of virtue. Graham tried to introduce a resolution that Mueller could not be fired. Let’s see how tough the Reps are with Mueller. Will they be deferential and obsequious?
They should ask him why he let Epstein off the hook to go back to his hobby of human trafficking.
the Republicans need a nickname for Mueller, something Trump-worthy, which will stick with Mueller forever....How about "Bobby Warlock"?

It is always worth watching Mel Gibson who is the best actor in the world, but as much as I can’t stand Penn he was fantastic.
I only rented it since it had 4 stars in the reviews which rarely happens. Great story.
