(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that in June Kentucky mailed address confirmation notices to 250,000 voters who are believed to have moved, thanks to a consent judgment agreed to by the Commonwealth. These registrations are probably outdated and will be cancelled if the voters fail to vote in future elections or to confirm their current addresses.
The Judicial Watch victory in Kentucky is in addition to the Judicial Watch victory in California, where up to 1.6 million inactive names are set to be removed from voter registration rolls in Los Angeles County.
In the consent judgment, Kentucky acknowledges that the state is not in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA): [T]he practices currently in place in Kentucky do not comply with the NVRAs requirement that states conduct a general voter registration list maintenance program that makes a reasonable effort to remove ineligible persons from the voter rolls due to a change in residence outside of the jurisdiction

Would it have been so hard to hire JW people from AG on down into the administration from day one?
The government makes you re-up your passport every ten years, why not require voters to re-up every ten years, which includes proof of citizenship.
The Judicial Watch victory in Kentucky is in addition to the Judicial Watch victory in California, where up to 1.6 million inactive names are set to be removed from voter registration rolls in Los Angeles County.
The best way to eliminate the vote rolls in the most efficient way is by sending a copy of the death certificate to the County Elections Clerk and to the Elections Department within the state.
The County is notified by the hospitals, (creamatorium or funeral homes in case they do not get pronounced dead at the hospital) in the area, when a death occurs.
If the person lived outside the state, send it to the state he was living in.
This will help clean off the voter rolls on a regular basis.
I’d love to see it done in NYC, where I am sure there are seniors voting at age 135. Its the major cities who need their rolls checked most.
Only 49 more states to go.

Ms Bonilla was one of 19,000 people naturalized in the Washington Field Office
in the past year and one of about 750,000 naturalized each year across the country.
Lots of new voters via the naturalization process each year.
Already has been as well as all the other states...
What do you think Sessions had people working on, Huber and Horowitz...
Get some popcorn, the show is just beginning
Kentucky!!! I would rather see the wins in CA, CO, NM, FL, VA.
Hopefully there isn’t a democrapt appointed federal judge in some far corner if this country that will issue a ‘cease and desist’ order stopping the removal the these voters.
Judicial Watch comes through again and again. Why in the world doesn’t Rush and other patriots create and mentor a dozen (or a hundred) more?
The state sent one of those notices to my address, with my daughter’s name on it. My daughter made two short visits here, but has never lived in Kentucky.
More often than that.
How about all of the above, and more, please?
Sounds to me like your daughter has been voting Democrat in KY.
Donate to Judicial Watch! It’s a great organization.
