Robert Muellers testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees has been postponed, according to Politico. He will now appear before Congress on July 24 instead of July 17. It is currently unclear why the testimony is postponed.
**Update: Fox News is reporting that there was a breakdown in negotiations:
Mueller was slated to testify in public before the Judiciary Committee for two hours or more, followed by another two hours-plus of testimony before the House Intelligence Committee in an open setting.

I agree. What is in the report has been vetted for legal exposure by some of the best (and crookedest) in the business. Anything outside of that become his own personal exposure. Getting Mueller out on that limb is going to require promises of immunity from Nadler that Nadler can't give.
Surprise, surprise . . .
Poor Mueller has to protect Epstein again,
and protect the other rapists again whom he made sure
could go on raping and killing.
Anyone out there surprised? I certainly am not. Speaker is not really the true speaker.
He doesn’t want to answer any questions from Republicans - that’s what I heard on the news this am.
Bet you're right. There is zero public interest in this. All it can do is embarrass Democrats further.
More like ‘rescheduled’.
Please don’t remind me...she is “my” Senator, which explains why my once beautiful state is turning into a cesspool!
She IS dumb as a box of rocks but “somehow” she, and her family and campaign contributors, have managed to become extremely wealthy during her 30 years in Congress.
Funny how that works, isn’t it? /sarc
No rush. Dems want another week or two of “Trump pal” Epstein 24/7.
I would rather see them subpoena scumbag Andrew Weissman, the true author of the “Mueller” report.
Poor Mueller is the Dems Dead Horse
Hi.
My only question:
Herr Mueller, when did you know that the Steele dossier was paid for by the Hillary campaign and the DNC was bogus?

Being from Massachusetts, and 3,000 miles away, I picked up on her immediately, many year ago; since my state elects that type of politician regularly. -Tom
ps Don't forget to give Elizabeth Warren a vote for president. /S - Tom
Exactly; Mueller was the FBI Director and Holder was the AG. They had to be the ones negotiating the plea deal, and told Acosta to sign off on it.

I think you are right about that, especially since Acosta resigned this morning. There are going to be some heavy winds to sail in.
Mueller was probably just told he have to answer a republican questions.
I’d hardly say breaking, but it is still news. News that was posted at 1100 here:

We see what you did there with the 24/7, i.e., July 24th!
Haha!
Since he was the FBI Director during the Epstein debacle in 2005, could some Republican ask him how he let that guy get a pass on his watch.
Pop quiz........ what event was primilary responsible for ending the quest for a Trump property in Moscow according to the Mueller report?
Hint: Forbes reported it in the current issue
