Congressional Democrats have issued subpoenas to the Trump Organization and other Trump businesses tied to a lawsuit accusing President Donald Trump of profiting from foreign governments in violation of the Constitution, but the Justice Department is now asking an appeals court to step in and block the move.
Democrats sent more than three-dozen subpoenas, demanding a response by July 29, seeking to collect evidence about the President's financial records, after a federal judge ruled last month that Democrats could proceed with the legal discovery process in their lawsuit.

They walk past the genuine criminals who conspired to have a coup and who destroyed thousands of subpoenad emails:Bill,Hillary,Chelsea,Huma,McCabe,Comey,Brennan,Clapper and more.
We can’t just let them all get away with it. But we are, so far.
These people are totally nutz. They have no ideas of their own and are not even remotely interested in helping our country. Heck, they’re all wealthy and they’ve got theirs, so why should they care?

We’re gonna need a lawsuit that will be a test case to get Scotus to limit congressional oversight. After Trump wins re-election they’re going to try to continue this ad infinitum and it’s got to stop. Congress is abusing it’s enumerated powers authority.

Trump is guilty of something, so the fact that we can’t figure out what it is proves that he’s guilty of obstruction of justice for starters. Therefore, we must find out everything there is to know about him, in order to determine what his guilt consists of, and what he’s hiding. It’s a perfectly legitimate procedure...in 16th Century Spain.

Shortly before the president was inaugurated, while he was still the President-Elect, Donald Trump held a news conference with a female attorney at his side.
There was a long table in front of them. Piled high on the table was a mountain of manila file folders.
The President-Elect announced that he was turning his business holdings over to his adult children. The attorney also spoke at length.
At the time, the President-Elect announced that he was donating all of the income from his foreign holdings to the U.S. Treasury.
So what the hell is the beef of these left-wing maggots in the House? More harassment of the president.
