They need to close all of their stores for emergency training until every employee understands.The fact that they did not announce the firing of the employee shows that their apology was worthless. They put the needs of one snowflake over 6 other customers. Companies only do that when they agree with the snowflake (e.g. Kaepernick/Nike).

I never go there to give them my money as the ones in the past I have seen have many weirdo people, liberals, and their over priced coffee is crap. Why a sane person who is not a commie goes there is beyond me.

There was a time when cops ate free at convenience stores. Probably still do in a lot of places. Generally small business owners are happy to have the police presence.
