They need to close all of their stores for emergency training until every employee understands.The fact that they did not announce the firing of the employee shows that their apology was worthless. They put the needs of one snowflake over 6 other customers. Companies only do that when they agree with the snowflake (e.g. Kaepernick/Nike).
