Translating MSM speak. Whining about Trump encouraging more peaceful relations with NK isnt playing well. Lets provoke a war with NK then we can complain about that.

As long as Bolton is there, the enemy can never be complacent that cruise missiles won’t be raining down upon them if the screw around with us. Well worth his salary to have him there. IMHO.

The top of the thread reads, “AOL via NBC”. It should read the opposite if it is, as you say, an NBC story.

President Trump wants a full-spectrum set of views...he said he has some who are hawks and some who are more like doves (paraphrased) but he makes the final decisions himself...

No, this first popped up in a Wash Po article written in part by the same female reporter who brought forth the Russian collusion myth in June 2016.

Bolton’s, traditional diplomats’ and the media’s view, is that meetings with the enemy are these great status enhancers for that enemy, that should be doled out like calories to starving refugees - very sparingly, and not all at once. In an age of Twitter and Facebook, where people whose views are diametrically opposed, have never met and will never meet each other, engage in extended back and forth civil and uncivil exchanges, Trump’s view is that talking has no significance beyond talking. That’s why he talks and fights - says wonderful things about China’s, North Korea’s and Russia’s leaders, and meets them, while increasing the sanctions placed on them.

I might point out that Brennan was using AOL when his account was ‘hacked’ and everyone posted then that they were surprised anyone still used aol
Hmmm.... us so happens Brennan’s in the news again, too.

Bolton serves a purpose, not sure what it is, but Im sure he is there for a reason."
Remember Michael Flatley of "Riverdance" fame?
Bolton dances just like Flatley when Trump is working in the Oval Office and says, "hit it, John".
Keeps the GOPe #NeverTrump crowd buzzing by running his mouth and Trump entertained by dancing on command. That's his purpose

There are times hawks are needed - and among hawks John Bolton's the best. This isn't his moment to shine but he's definitely needed....

Bolton serves a purpose, not sure what it is, but Im sure he is there for a reason.
He knows stuff, he knows the system, he knows the players, and he doesn't despise his country. That's about as good as we are going to get in this iteration. Trump came before the undergirding philosophy and qualified people with a compatible mindset that needs to accompany it was ready.

>>>Boltons perspective: name the port our cargo ships will arrive at to haul off all your nuclear related hardware. And grant our inspectors unlimited access to your facilities.
The first Trump-Kim summit was about North Korea committing to giving up nuclear weapons. The second was about defining what that meant. This time, nuclear weapons didnt even come up. Doesnt look like things are going Boltons way.
