Rubman Ardon Chinchilla is a roofer who lives in Broward County, Florida and has been illegally living in the US for decades.
Chinchilla got busted using fake immigration documents in order to obtain a Florida driver’s license and was indicted on two counts of violating federal law.
Chinchilla was one of 20 illegal aliens who was arrested for using an “Order of Supervision,” — this is a specific federal form to prove to the Florida Department of Highway and Safety that an individual is allowed to be in the US.
Mr. Chinchilla and the illegal aliens lawyered up and fought the charges, arguing that the Florida Department of Highway and Safety doesn’t allow for an “Order of Supervision” to be used as proof of legal status in the US.
Miami federal judge Beth Bloom threw out the charges on a highly technical legal argument and opened the doors for the other illegal aliens caught in the bust to not only beat their cases, but maybe also get to stay in the United States.

Can this case be referred to the Supreme Court? Because it seems rather obvious that this judge is no more than a jumped up meter maid in her knowledge of law.
Cops and schools had no duty to shield students in Parkland shooting, says judge who tossed lawsuit
A federal judge says Broward schools and the Sheriff’s Office had no legal duty to protect students during the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom dismissed a suit filed by 15 students who claimed they were traumatized by the crisis in February. The suit named six defendants, including the Broward school district and the Broward Sheriff’s Office, as well as school deputy Scot Peterson and campus monitor Andrew Medina.
Bloom ruled that the two agencies had no constitutional duty to protect students who were not in custody.
They CAN be impeached, and there are many of them who SHOULD be impeached!

The whole thing feels really bonkers at this point.
This should be all over the talk radio circuit tomorrow, and if there is any justice in this world, this buffoon of a judge should be removed from office.
Her legal rationale is completely nonsensical and she should be impeached and thrown out of the court immediately.
So Florida gives out driver’s licenses and one of the forms they accept is a federal document, an “Order of Supervision”.
The illegal immigrant forged the document to get the driver’s license and the FEDERAL judge’s response is the state was in the wrong because the order of supervision doesn’t really denote anything and shouldn’t be used as a validating document.
That’s BS. If the state is in the wrong then the driver’s license is INVALID and he can’t drive in the state of Florida and this also means Florida can bar giving out license to all other illegal immigrants without federal documentation. It also belies the fact that he forged a federal document which itself is a felony and therefore a deportable offense!
These leftists are really going to hate the new rules they’ve forged for themselves.
