The Trump administration was very close to launching major military strikes on the nation of Iran last week. At the very last minute though, the president pulled back, and thank goodness he did.
Instead of being praised for the best decisions he has made so far as president, Trump has come under attack for that. On the right, radio show host, Hugh Hewitt accused the president of being a weakling for not launching a trillion-dollar war over a broken robot.
Hugh Hewitt, radio show host: Let's go to what the president did yesterday. I've been very critical of it this morning. I call it a U- turn, the red line reduxed.

The LMSM want to bait him so as to be able call him a “warmonger.”
Yup. Anything he does will be wrong.
DJT isnt being attacked by both sides, rather the neocons have joined with the socialists, a convenient arrangement given their Trotskyite roots.
It’s the “militaryindustrial complex” we were warned about. Ike was right, pure and simple, and war with Iran just pushes cash into their coffers and, to my thinking, probably the Swamp.
Man, I remember when talking like that earned you a tin foil hat and a jacket with wrap-around sleeves. Not so easy to dismiss now.
The CIA is the media. If a president does not do as the CIA wants they leak to the media. They want to throw missiles at people. They love war. If Trump keeps these people under a tight leash both left and right media will start attacking him. Tucker and a few others are good for not going along with it.
The MIC is part of the Swamp.
I totally support our President. I am sick and tired of fighting these idiots in the middle east. Produce our own oil and gas and supplement it with natural gas and ethanol. Tell the Mullahs to go pound sand, pull out all our military and money from those crapholes.
This was posted on FR yesterday. . . Go to 1:40 into it. Excellent take on the situation.
Hugh Hewitt is not a good example of the side I am on. Anyone who wants President Trump to start a war is no supporter of President Trump. Hewitt? What a loser. Total disaster. Other talk show hosts? Much better. But Hewitt? Believe me, hes a loser. Everybody knows it.
There are not two sides attacking Trump. Just one. The Deep State.
We don’t a war! Enough is enough! If they do something horrendous, that presents a different situation. Let’s ratchet it down and move on.
1. Jennifer Rubin
2. Max Boot
3. Bill Kristol
4. Ralph Peters
... then you really ought to sit down for a long while and think hard about your political agenda.
Tucker Carlson wants IRan, a country that has been at war with America since 1979 and has killed hundreds of Americans, whose parliament chants “death to America” to get nuclear weapons and control Middle Eastern Oil. He’ll accept dissenting guests on any issue other than foreign policy, because Tucker knows that he’s a lying demagogue.
tucker is winkling to wait till Iran has the bomb and the ICBMs to deliver them.
Tucker favors Ronald Reagans foreign policy over George W Bushs
Trump tends to be of the same opinion
