For what it's worth I think RBG is still alive but this sort of things is what gives rise to these beliefs.

Ruth Bader Meinhof will go out feet first like every liberal holding on to a position of power in government.

So far his conservatives have been all over the board.

At this point you just can’t have a safe bet anymore. Roberts has been horrific towards Constitutional Law on specific big cases.

People are so afraid of appearing hypocritical. Better to just embrace it.But the President isn't being hypocritical. He is a first term President seeking reelection in 2020 for another four years; Bathhouse Barry was a lame duck mere months away from leaving office. Big difference.

So if RBG miraculously lasts through PDJTs second term but finally croaks in 2028 you would not have him fill her seat with a strict constructionist?

her body just didn’t get the message.

Here’s hoping he can fill two more seats, those currently held by Ginsburg and Breyer.
For all the suspicions raised when one or two of his appointees decides against the conservative side of the court, their actual decisions are profoundly originalist.
It’s kind of shocking to see justices taking their responsibilities so seriously. Unlike the knee-jerk ideologue justices of recent decades appointed for litmus test Democrat conformity, they are actually doing their jobs at a level of knowledge we should hope for from experts.
Bravo, President Trump.

The equivalent would be either 2024, or if it came up after 2020 if Trump were to lose the election. Not merely 2020 before Trump is standing for election, as in that case, Trump is not a lame duck.

Ginsburg hasn’t been seen in months. It’s amazing how she is still voting though.
