In an interview with GirlBoss Radio released Wednesday, longshot 2020 White House candidate Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) declared twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was “the most qualified, capable person ever to run for president.”
A transcript is as follows: NEHA GANDHI: You worked on Hillary Clinton’s senate campaign, right?
SEN. KIRSTEN GILLIBRAND: I did.
GANDHI: She’s been a supporter of yours. What are the things that you’ve learned from here? Both good and bad. What are the things that you emulate and the things that you maybe say that didn’t work for her from her campaign, particularly as your bid for the presidency?
GILLIBRAND: I do think all of us who are running, particularly the women candidates, are standing on Hillary’s shoulders right now. She did achieve 65 million cracks in the highest and hardest glass ceiling, and she actually won the popular vote. She did a lot right. I mean, to win the popular vote by 3 million votes just shows she ran a strong campaign, and she certainly, in my opinion, was the most qualified, capable person ever to run for president ever. I loved what she put out there in terms of herself and how much confidence she had and how much she believed in herself and always had a strong vision for America.

Pretty ridiculous. I discussed POTUS qualifications with a friend not too long ago. We concluded that of all the presidents in the 20th & 21st Centuries, George H.W. Bush was by far the best qualified. And I suppose that show you how much experience is really worth in that job. But there were certainly many who were better qualified than Hillary, including her own husband.
GILLIBRAND, least qualified person to make a pronouncement on any subject, at any time.

I remember back in the day pointing out time and again that Barry’s bungling management of the Chicago Annenburg Exchange where they pissed off over a hundred million of other people’s money meant to improve education in Chicago but instead spend it on socially Woke crap that helped no one, increased the harm done, and thus the CAC failed miserably ... so much so that they eventually had to admit it.
I recall eventually adding, in the wake of progressive eagerness to ignore this administrative failure of a guy seeking to be the nation’s top administrator (how hard would it have been to focus entirely on remedial programs? Even a mere lawyer should know that), that pissing off millions is résumé building material for Democrats.
Yet.
Give the Democrats time and they’ll find someone even worse. Or a sock puppet like AOC who is easily controlled.
