George Conway: Latest Rape Claim Against Trump More Credible than Juanita Broaddrick
Breitbart ^ | 22 June 2019 | Joshua Kaplan

Posted on 06/22/2019 7:26:50 PM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Attorney George Conway, the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, declared Saturday that the latest rape allegation against President Donald Trump is more credible than Juanita Broaddrick’s claim against former President Bill Clinton. On Friday, journalist and advice columnist E. Jean Carroll accused President Trump and former CBS CEO Les Moonves of sexual assault in an excerpt of her forthcoming book excerpted Friday in New York magazine.

She said then-real estate tycoon Trump approached her in 1995 or 1996 at Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan. Recognizing each other, she said he asked her for help buying a gift for a woman. Trump was married to Marla Maples at the time.

Carroll said Trump followed her to a fitting room at the store, shoved her against a wall, pulled down her tights and, “forcing his fingers around my private area, thrusts his penis halfway — or completely, I’m not certain — inside me.”

In an opinion-editorial published in the Washington Post, Conway attempted to explain why Broaddrick’s allegation is less believable than Carrol’s. Conway wrote:

Broaddrick had told her story nearly two decades earlier, first to the media, and then later in a book. She had recounted how, in 1978, Clinton asked her up to his hotel room. How he allegedly forced himself upon her. How she tried to pull away. How he allegedly bit her lip, then later told her to put ice on it. How she sobbed. How she told some of her friends. How she didn’t tell the police. Clinton denied her accusations.

Needs to go and she has no one to blame but her husband.

How long have you been a Democrat, and would you like counseling for the disease?

Yeah, she’s older than him, ugly, a Hillary supporter, and on the cusp of selling a book.

Of course he did it.

I think that conversion to gaydom has many and varied reasons for being professed.

Each one of them is disgusting and at the same time heartbreaking.

But, you can see how prevalent it is.

Now we know Conway’s problem. He doesn’t know sex. You can’t penetrate a standing woman who is face to face with you and struggling. It’s simply not possible.

Someone posted a comment here at FR that George Conway lived in New Jersey.

He sounds like he is trying to get to Trump through his wife, or his wife thru Trump (as in firing her).

The man is sick and to write a smear piece in the Wash. Post proves it. The WP has become the most vile newspaper in the country, even surpassing the New York Slimes.

Bezos is looking more psychotic every day. What a waste of a creative mind, but that’s what Trump Derangement Syndrome and being a liberal does to the mind.

Bezos is now the leader of the “3M Society” - Mensa Mush Minds Society.

I wish that Trump would call George Conway in for a one-on-one in the White House. It is time to put his petty war of words to an end. People unhinged like Conway are apt to do other things that would be damaging if they were known. I’m sure Trump has the goods on Conway and information about it should give him something to consider. Conway should understand that if it weren’t for the incredible service by Kellyanne, he would have been destroyed long ago. It would be Creepy Lawyer Avenatti II.

No. Talking to a creep like George Conway would only cause more problems. Ignoring this worthless gasbag is the best choice.

"Catholics don’t divorce."

Really devout Catholics don't divorce. That says a lot about the integrity of Kellyanne. It is also about the kids. It would shake up their world and Kellyanne shows her consideration of them. It is a matter of separating the political from the family relationship. I hope George has learned enough self-discipline to do that.

I had an aunt--another Fitzpatrick--who was married to a man who spent many years of the marriage in prison. She was a devout Christian, which was a big part of her Irish heritage. My aunt waited patiently for him to serve his sentence. When he got out, he fell into the same criminal activity that landed him in prison. That was the last straw. The divorce really upset the children, but the consequences of his behavior was more traumatic seeing dad being taken away in handcuffs.

I don’t know. I think it is actually Kellyanne’s place to tell her husband that he needs to stop publicly badmouthing her boss. She can tell him that he’s made his opinion clear, but it is embarrassing for her when he continues saying these things, and it is time for him to stop. If he still doesn’t get it, she can ask how he would like it if she publicly insulted his boss? I don’t understand why she hasn’t already explained all this to him. She’s good with words. There’s something weird about the way she seems to find this acceptable.

"Of course he did it."

Of course you are being sarcastic. Author, E. Jean Carroll, is not a very creative writer. She is using the same playbook as the women who accused Justice Brett Kavanaugh. This type of smear will derail the Me too movement. The 'cry wolf' behavior will make the legitimate claims become harder to prove. All this, by the way, is the result of a journalist who is nearing her expiration date and desperately trying to earn a comfortable retirement.

She was raped but cannot recall year ?

Yeah, it reminds me of the time that I, a successful New York celebrity, got assaulted and forcibly raped by another celebrity... I think that it must have been sometime in the mid- to late-1990s. I'll never forget it!

It would be wrong to try and speculate why Kellyanne has not been effective at shutting her husband up. I do think Trump would be effective. I think he should have lawyers present when he does it, just so Conway doesn’t pull a fast trick. If Conway isn’t smart enough to keep his big trap shut, he isn’t smart enough. Make Conway understand that if he doesn’t shape up he will be squashed like a bug (or, like a toad).

especially one who is struggling and screaming, as she would undoubtedly have been doing,

No, by her own account, she wasn't screaming.

She was laughing:

Scroll down to "Which brings me to the other rich boy" for her account.

IF her story is true, her behavior would be understandable (imho) if she were a young woman without much experience.

But, she was 52. What did she think a rich, powerful 50yo man intended when she agreed to go into a dressing room with him to try on lingerie?

To make matters worse, look up what she asked Lyle Lovett during an interview. That was crossing the line.

you know Conway thinks Trump is the modern day Hitler so that pretty much tells you what he thinks about people devoted to Trump and to his re election,, that also tells you and should tell Kelly Ann what he really thinks about her and the people that work with her.. This guy has major mental problems and she should get her kids away from him ASAP...

It is my understanding that she is an extremely devout Catholic and that divorce is anathema. Hate to see talent like hers lost because of her dull witted self oriented slob of a husband.

So, it’s HER fault? Seriously?

Perhaps she signed a pre-nup, and he snuck control of any children underneath in lawyereze. They have 4 kids under 14.
