Suicide rates among young people are rising, reaching the highest levels since 2000, a study published Tuesday finds.
But most alarming, the researchers said, was a 21 percent rise in boys aged 15-19 dying by suicide in 2017 from the year before.
"Previous studies talked more of an increase in female suicide, but what we’re showing is that rates among males are also increasing rapidly," Oren Miron, the study's lead author and a research associate in biomedical informatics at Harvard Medical School, told NBC News.

This is probably because of social media.
Social media in the 21st century has it’s pros and cons.
Pros=interconnected world, ability to see things 24/7 instead of the MSM at 6pm/10pm at night
Cons=Seeing wealthy people and their lifestyle makes people depressed. “Why can’t I have that life right now”?
Also, the demonizing of males/boys.

There is a popular, award winning book oriented to young readers (at the moment the title escapes me) that promotes suicide. It’s message: “If things don’t go your way, then kill yourself.” I have heard it is pushed in schools, and it has been a big best-seller. A truly sick book.

Let’s face it, the only young people who are happy in America are:
1) Young athletes (Zion Williamson, etc.)
2) Wealthy millennials
3) Young hustlers
They are the ones who feel good.
I bet the minimization by LIB lunatics of: a stable family, a drug-free life, the importance of close relationships, the importance of religiosity, the importance of fathers, the existence of merely 2 sexes, the importance of being “normal”, work ethic, honesty, reasonableness, patriotism, self-sacrifice and so forth. The suicide rate for males aged 15–19 years increased from 12.0 to 18.1 per 100,000 population from 1975 to 1990, declined to 10.8 by 2007, and then increased 31% to 14.2 by 2015. There is a reason this new "study" stops at 2000, they are trying to hide the previous rise and decline because that would undercut their subliminal narrative (orange-man bad).
