Acting chief says goal is to 'send a message' to would-be migrants
Its not the millions President Trump promised, but ICEs chief said Wednesday that his agency will put a renewed effort into trying to find and deport illegal immigrant families whove already had their day in court, have been ordered removed, and yet are defying those orders.
Mark Morgan, acting director at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said hell shift some resources to put more behind interior enforcement in the community, hoping to send a message that showing up at the border as a family is no longer a free ticket to illegal migration.
Mr. Morgan wouldnt talk numbers on who is a target, though he pointed to a pilot program in recent months that sped up court cases for newly arriving families, saw most of them be ordered deported then watched as they ignored those orders.
He said ICE even contacted 2,000 of them, offering a chance to arrange their deportations in an orderly fashion. He said they refused to comply.
I dont want to send ICE agents to their workplace. I dont want to send ICE agents to their home, he said. But we have applied due process. We have tried to work with them
but they have refused to do so, so we have no choice.

This insanity will continue without Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement.
The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship and pass civics test.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport.
Also consider reciprocation of the laws of the countries of origin of the illegal aliens. For example, Mexico doesnt allow land ownership or voting to immigrants, and doesnt honor birthright citizenship like its citizens expect from the U.S. We should offer the same deal to them.
Charge and fine property owners who rent to undocumented
Does the story say s sanctuary cities will be experiencing removal, as well? Does the story say California (our first THIRD WORLD state) will be first in line where illegals are sent Packing?
Kick them OUT! Illegal is illegal. Fine the companies that hire them.
Bump!

Here’s an exercise for you...take your seven points of enforcement. Add up the number of them that require Democrat of GOPe votes in Congress to implement.
If that number is 1 or greater, you’re just pissing in the wind.
I love Trump. His hyperbole is credibility-damaging, though, when either nothing happens, or something of far less scope does.
I’ll be shocked if any families are deported. Millions??? The joke is on us.
And also those who hire them. All illegals, dreamers and nondreamers, should be deported.
I’m pretty sure there are existing laws against what is going on, but no one enforces them.
There’s a whole string of trashy apartments in our town with three and four families in one unit. The owner could care less and collects cash ... without, himself, reporting HIS correct income.
We need to remove illegal aliens, not send them a message.
Ten fold increases in removals are needed.
Great to read these comments posted on immigration. Now when I get donor campaign requests from GOP congressional candidates this is what I’m sending which I originally posted here;
What Yahoo and CNN and the alphabetical swill mills wont report on is this; Mexican Senator says Mexico should take back states;

In the hundreds of postings here in Free Republic rarely is this brought up. Its Known As Reciprocity. We should be treating anybody illegally crossing the Mexican border into the US the way the Mexicans do Any American illegally .crossing into Mexico. No free lawyer paid by Mexican taxpayers. Entry denied heavy fine and possible imprisonment. before getting kicked out.
When allowing the hordes illegally entering the US through the Mexican border avoids recognizing and dealing with the 2nd class treatment that American citizens get which is in their constitition while legally residing in Mexico.That not just includes denial of voting privileges but employment, and land ownership in their name.
Worse yet All when given to illegals and property ownership by them is used in states which Mexico has previously claimed espcially Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado and of course California .that could be used to support any reclaiming effort should regime changes in Mexico arise , Our border with Mexico has always been contentious not only with smugglers but on ocassion with Mexican bandits and military.,Allowing potential hostiles to the US property ownership to happen in those states could lead to serious problems in the future.
.Its time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements.
What never gets mentioned is that 2nd class treatment Americans get in Mexico in all of this. If we applied that reciprocal policy . Would that continue ? By.prohibiting and strictly enforcing existing laws prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced these problems would drop loke a rock. .In other words Once we remove the incentives to Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning this stuff would stop.
California is a lost State in America. It is so communists controlled that there is no hope. And the useless Federal Government will not enforce a damn thing. The Federal government is so conflicted that this division results in nothing. Trump is the only person that is doing anything and without him we would be a third world Country by now.
If immigration laws had been strictly enforced- after all, there are LAWS, for the past 30 years, then these people would have known that the USA is hard to sneak into. Lax enforcement by the CIC of the past 3 or 4 administrations have caused this massive problem. Now, Trump is trying to deal with it.
President Trump always talks before action is taken...he gives more than fair warning so nobody can be “Shocked! Shocked, I tell you!” when he does take the actions...those who howl the loudest are given the opportunity to fix things and end up showing themselves as the root cause of the problems they howl about...
Chicago Mayor Lightfoot has ordered the police to not cooperate with Federa law enforcement.
She is very close to crossing the line created by the Insurrection Act of 1807. If the Chicago PD actively resists federal authority, then the line is absolutely crossed.
