A loophole in the new law granting driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants could allow hundreds of thousands of people to fraudulently register to vote in New York, according to critics, the state Board of Elections and the bill’s own sponsor.
The Green Light Bill, which passed the Senate 33-29 Monday and was signed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, allows illegal immigrants to obtain “standard” state driver’s licenses that can be used for identification and to board domestic flights.
But it is also the sole document required to register to vote, according to officials.
Even legislative sponsor Luis Sepúlveda (D-Bronx) admitted the provision could be abused.
“Theoretically, they could have the ability to vote,” he said while arguing for the bill during a Monday hearing in Albany.
Voters need only provide a driver’s license number to register to vote, according to BOE spokesman John Conklin.
“If you have a driver’s license number, you basically stop there,” Conklin told The Post Tuesday of the vetting process.

NY and fraud have been synonymous for some time.
In California, one person brings in stacks of mail in ballots. One person might turn in as many as 100 ballots. None of the voters off those ballot are present, just the person that rounded up the ballots and dropped them off.
It gets worse....
Los Angeles County has 707,475 more registered voters than there are people of legal age to vote total or 144 percent 144 percent of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.
In San Diego, its 138 percent registration translates into 810,966 more voters than citizens of voting age.
It’s the whole freakin’ idea.

Loophole? Obviously it is well expected; this how illegal immigrants are given the ability to vote. Non-citizens voting for US government elections. Criminals deciding who shall rule real USAians.
It is like that with a lot of things like open support for socialism and communism, anti-semitism, etc. They don't even find the need to hide it, which I find disturbing as well.
Trump can order his agencies to require this, and replace all forms. the left will sue, but they will LOSE in the SCOTUS, using NY as clear evidence.

The states’ electors elect the President. He then becomes the POTUS. But each state decides on the criteria for choosing electors, who gets to vote and who does not. That’s why Idiots United have come up with the bright idea of awarding their respective electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote. I hope they do. That way the disenfranchised conservatives of California, Oregon, Minnesota and New York could carry their states.

This is not about some “future” election - this subversion of the voting process is being put in place for 2020.

Voter fraud is he whole reason, the only reason for passing out ID’s in the form if drivers lisenses.
In federal elections, there must be citizen ID’s to vote.
There must be severe punishment for voter fraud....... including death.
There is no greater crime than voter fraud
