The entire discussion was caught on camera. The student and the teacher are unidentified in the video. The student asks the teacher why he kicked him out of class.
"You aren't being inclusive," the teacher said on the video. "I know what the authority thinks and point of view. It's very clear that we make no discrimination on the grounds. I'm sorry what you choose to make an issue about a point that is contrary to policy," he added.
"I think it's silly to have anything other than two genders," the student responded. "It's not scientific what so ever. I stated something that I believe in and you kicked me out of class. I wasn't making a discrimination. I was simply saying there are two genders, male and female. Anything else is a personal identification," he said.

I wish Betsy DeVois would more aggressively push for competition. We had our chance to pass a tax incentive bill in Trump’s first years and we got nothing. We need voucher or credits for non-public schools to grow and prosper.

As a consequence of the union(?)-indoctrinated teacher probably never been taught about the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, the problem with the teacher’s baseless statement is that there is no such thing as national school authority.
More specifically, President Thomas Jefferson and Justice Joseph Story had indicated that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution in order for Congress to have the specific power to dictate INTRAstate school policy, something that the states have never done.
"The power to regulate manufactures, not having been confided to congress, they have no more right to act upon it, than they have to interfere with the systems of education, the poor laws, or the road laws, of the states [emphases added]. Congress is empowered to lay taxes for revenue, it is true; but there is no power to encourage, protect, or meddle with manufactures." —Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, Commentaries on the Constitution 2

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also promise to surrender state powers that the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress has been stealing from the states back to the states, getting the fed’s big, unconstitutional nose out of intrastate schooling at the top of the list.
And to make such changes permanent, patriots also need to support PDJT in working with the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
