President Trump said Monday on Twitter that Immigration and Customs Enforcement will begin deporting millions of illegal migrants next week.
Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people " the president tweeted.
The president did not offer specifics on what his claim entails.
The news comes the same day as the State Department announced it would be cutting foreign aid to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras for failing to take proper steps to curb illegal migrants coming to the United States.

It also works out to 280 greyhound buses (50 per) going south every day for six years.
Back when Bush increased the number of workplace raids on illegals, I recall reading sob stories about how entire towns were being emptied out. They might raid a place and get 20 here, the following week 15, etc. After awhile, the rest of them can’t stand the pressure and the fear and just go back to Mexico on their own.
That’s not gonna be good for Democrats seeking votes.....from their illegal aliens.
What is the plan for when CA and NY get out the National Guard to protect their illegal voters (aliens)?
What is the plan when federal judges issue injunctions?
me too, head em up, moooooove em out
Tell that to Eisenhower.
it would take the army
If they're getting in, by definition, Mexico is not stopping them.
You could have made ICE start doing this DAY EFFIN ONE
Need to ramp up the smoke and mirrors for the fairy tale believers.
Why is it that something is always going to happen in the future? Next week, two weeks, two months, nothing ever starts when the president announces it. Actions, not words.
Removing illegals from the US will cost 100 billion.
Let’s say 10 million illegals. Every family gets a check for 5 thousand dollars. That’s 50 billion. Come up with 100 Military transports. Most of the flights to central America from El Paso Texas can be done in less than 5 hours. Therefore you will need 50 thousand flights if moving 200 people at a time.
This comes out to 500 flights per plane. If each aircraft only ran 1 flight a day, it would take approximately a year and a half to remove 10 million illegals. Of course this could change depending on how many illegals there are from other parts of the world.
What you do is move people to holding camps, give them medical treatment and other items and prior to boarding the flight, they are handed money. They can take it in US dollars or their countries own currency.
It’s totally feasible and costs less than what we spend on illegals now per year. I would add that countries who refuse to take their illegals back will no longer receive any American funding and we will still put them on a plane and send them home.
Hey, hey-ey, goodbye
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, goodbye
The Dims are going to lose their minds!! All those votes going far, far south!!! LORD thank you for sending Donald Trump to this lost nation. I pray he listens to your gospel leadership here on earth and gets this nation back on the right road.
100%
Is the ink dry on the first injunction? My guess there will be a broad maximum effort for news value with the hope a bunch self deport. Every raid should have a DOJ attorney present to file the required admin fine docs. Let the employers prove the did not know their status.
Well, let’s see. This time of year, there are a LOT of school buses sitting around. In many cases, private companies contract with the schools for bus service. National Guard resources (at least from cooperating states) could also be called into play. So, transport vehicles and even security for them are not a problem.
That only addresses the illegals from the south, however. Visa overstays from countries like China are a significant % of the problem, too. Still, “as fast as they come in” from and via Mexico alone would be a good start, and transport for them is presently available.
However, where is the manpower to round up that many illegals?
Going after employers of illegals would be more effective.
Granted that there’s nothing wrong with a stepped up multi-pronged effort, with lots of publicity. But, a Wall still needs to be part of that. It would help reduce the flow of illegal drugs, too.
Little pricks like this is why I took Twitter off my iPad. Twitter is overrun with the like. I noticed the Wall Street journal comments this morning is getting the same kind of little pricks too now.
The key, and I must admit a somewhat slippery word here is “begin”.
I’d also point out that “as fast as they come in” is a rather lower number than my or other speculation here regarding what effort would be needed to get most illegals out by the end of a 2nd Trump term. This especially true if one assumes Mexico really sustains effective efforts on their end.
