The crisis along America's southern border has continued to exasperate Border Patrol agents in the field and President Donald Trump, who is attempting to put an end to the flood of illegal aliens. Seven illegal aliens from Central American countries are suing the Department of Homeland Security because of overcrowding in Border Patrol facilities and the lack of access to legal representation, The Monitor reported.
The lawsuit was brought about by:

According to the lawsuit, the illegal aliens want themselves, as well as others in the facilities, to be released on bond.

Release them on bond back in their native countries to wait for their hearing.
Unlike Canada, we don’t have a reciprocal agreement with Mexico. Republicans when in full power never bothered to get this agreement.
Somebody needs to issue warrants for all of the asylum seekers who blow off hearing dates. Deportation and never allowed back in the country. Rinse and repeat until all illegals are out of the country - either by overt action by the government, or self-deportation because the illegals are tired of looking over their shoulders waiting for justice to show up.

He was right all along but by that time it was too late; The commies had infested too much in our government and Hollywood and they destroyed him. A friend of mine works as an actor, he said that whole business is run like a totalitarian commie state. If you do not toe the commie line 100% you will be blacklisted and never work again. The only ones who can get away with not toeing the line are the huge names who have a lot of power like Clint Eastwood, but for the lesser mortals, you will be destroyed. The commie infestation in this country is insane, it’s absolutely everywhere.
I hope some clever Government lawyer files a motion for summary judgment based on the fact that no one is required to do the impossibile.
Impossibility is a common law defense to any charge.
