BREAKING: US Office of Special Counsel Recommends Kellyanne Conway Be Removed From Office For Hatch Act Violations.. ( Full title)..

The US Office of Special Counsel said in a report given to President Trump on Thursday that his counselor Kellyanne Conway has repeatedly violated the Hatch Act and recommended her removal from federal service.

The Hatch Act bars federal employees from engaging in political activity.

“The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) calls on President Donald J. Trump to remove Ms. Conway from her federal position immediately,” the agency wrote in a letter to the White House. “[K]ellyanne Conway violated the Hatch Act on numerous occasions by disparaging Democratic presidential candidates while speaking in her official capacity during television interviews and on social media,” the letter stated.

Senator John McCain’s Staff Director Henry Kerner urged the IRS’ Steve Miller and Lois Lerner to target the tea party and any conservative groups until its “financially ruinous”.

President Trump, presumably unaware of these facts, appointed Kerner as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel.

Now that I can agree with. I don’t think we will ever know what truly goes on in that house. I just wonder what her kids are like being they have to deal with him much more than her. It’s sad considering he appears to be a bitter individual at the very least.

The Hatch Act prevents government EMPLOYEES from doung political activities while on the clock or government property, or using government property, i.e. telephones, FAX machines or other office machines.

In ‘92 I worked on a Navy Base. A civilian employee was fired for campaigning for Ross Perot outside the gate as people arrived or left the base..............

IIRC, her husband works at Wachtell, Lipton in NYC and lives in Joisey.

Kellyanne obviously lives in DC and I would guess the kids lives with her most of the time.

My point is that this sounds like a case of informal separation which is why she has no influence over George and George takes his anger and frustration out on the President.

I love President Trump, but this is one of his shortcomings. He has really had some bad hires.
