FANTASTIC!! She’s written the book on Weissmann (& Mueller) & knows all the dirty tricks and how people are prosecuted for ‘made up’ crimes. She’s a sharp cookie & there are only two other lawyers that I can think of who would be equal to her ability/knowledge of Flynn’s situation (Toensing/DiGenova).

I was thinking the same thing. The Mueller regime has been disbanded. If Flynn chooses to withdraw his guilty plea, could the DOJ just dismiss all of the charges?

Lost in the shuffle is the fact that Flynn has had a GAG order since he was first charged. I think that was the main point of charging him. And why he hasn’t been sentenced yet.

I for one want to hear what he has to say. Lift the GAG order as soon as possible. (What ever happened to First Amendment rights?)

If Flynn had replaced Rice the Trump team would have discovered what had been going on. They almost had to charge Flynn to keep Flynn from discovering the Obama secret.

Flynn must withdraw his guilty plea to get the real facts out on the table. Ask via FOIA for all Susan Rice's records pertaing to Flynn being assigned. That will show why they were desperate to stoip Flynn with the phony charge.

That is absolutely NOT the way Flynn wants to proceed with this case.

If the government vacates the charges or Flynn is given the opportunity to change his plea, then he just becomes (potentially) an innocent man who paid a fortune in legal fees to prove his innocence.

I've been saying for months now that what Flynn REALLY wants is a formal ruling by a court that the Mueller team engaged in prosecutorial misconduct. This would not only clear him of the charges, but would do it in a way that gives him legal recourse to sue the U.S. government for a sh!t-load of money in the process.

This is exactly what happened to Steven Hatfill in the infamous anthrax case from 2001.
