FANTASTIC!! She’s written the book on Weissmann (& Mueller) & knows all the dirty tricks and how people are prosecuted for ‘made up’ crimes. She’s a sharp cookie & there are only two other lawyers that I can think of who would be equal to her ability/knowledge of Flynn’s situation (Toensing/DiGenova).
Lost in the shuffle is the fact that Flynn has had a GAG order since he was first charged. I think that was the main point of charging him. And why he hasn’t been sentenced yet.
I for one want to hear what he has to say. Lift the GAG order as soon as possible. (What ever happened to First Amendment rights?)
