Does it have be suggested by a lawyer, a group of lawyers, an association of lawyers, a judge?????
These federal prosecutors have a special law written just for them granting prosecutorial immunity from charges and suits. Sanctions are about all that can happen except in cases where the prosecutor goes insane with criminality.
