Kamala Harris: If elected, my DOJ would have 'no choice' but to prosecute Trump

2020 candidate Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., has issued a stunning warning to President Trump that seems to echo controversial recent comments from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, saying her Justice Department would likely charge him with obstruction of justice if she wins the White House.

Harris, in a newly released interview, said she believes the only reason former Special Counsel Robert Mueller did not recommend prosecuting Trump was because of the Justice Department’s policy against indicting a sitting president. Once out of office, Trump would be subject to charges -- and Harris was emphatic in saying the DOJ should pursue them.

“I believe that they would have no choice and that they should, yes,” Harris said on this week’s NPR Politics Podcast.

I do expect that, without a massive political implosion and reorganization of the Democrat Party, the next Democrat President will arrest a whole lot of members of the former Republican administration and imprison them. A Democrat with a Democrat House and Senate will impeach and remove Republican appointed judges who have not “grown in office” in batch lots or will abolish the lower courts and then create a whole new set of courts with different designations that require new judges to be appointed to them.

Her Jamaican father looks very like an elite Englishman. Her family is top level Jamaican and there is little or no African DNA in the top social level families in Jamaica. 1/1024 perhaps. One of the not-very-well-known facts about whyTeam Obama’s illegal antics were allowed to spill over into the PDJT Administration is quite in synch with your thought.

Barry‘s top tier folk certainly would have wanted assurances that they wouldn’t be prosecuted for their following Barry‘s potentially criminal Directives, but such Directives’ coverage by Barry inherently couldn’t extend into the time window of the PDJT Administration..

Think about the disclosure that the three FISA renewals were deemed illegal well before a determination about the original was made.
