Not enough. He was convicted of third degree murder and second degree manslaughter. Apparently, 12 1/2 is the maximum sentence.
Glad he got convicted, glad he's going to prison. Should have been murder-1, but I wasn't prosecuting.

believe it or not, there was a time not that long ago, where ALL Citizens were treated equally, granted Police had some perks, but if you Shot an Unarmed Person, you went to PRISON, regardless of who you were. That all changed with Gubmint Unions

Sorry, had I been his partner and he shot across me like that in the confines of a vehicle, once I got my hearing back he would have to be walking with a look over his shoulder and/or sleep with one eye open.
He should be thrown in gen pop with the Aryans or hopefully he was/is just a richardhead in general and ‘bullied’ his way around Blacks because he was carrying.
The ‘Brothers’ would then take care of him.
Of course one could always start rumors.
He really better watch his step if a dude named ‘Crocodile Dundee’ ends up in his tier.

Interesting thought. Is he an “asylum migrant" or just a regular “immigrant”? That said he should be deported (if he's still alive when it's time to get out). Actually deportation back to Somalia is probably safer than the general population.
