A Republican from New Jersey who plans to move to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s district to run against her in the 2020 election blasted the congresswoman’s policies as “misguided” in an appearance at a Queens GOP club Thursday.
Rich Valdes, a conservative radio producer who previously worked for NJ Gov. Chris Christie, told about 100 people at the Queens Village Republican Club Thursday evening.
“AOC – All Out Crazy – wants to establish a new Soviet Republic. I believe in capitalism over socialism. Her misguided policies don’t represent the district,” he told the crowd.
“She’s great at fundraising but not at constituent services. Ask around, most constituents don’t think climate change is a number one issue,” he added.

141,122 people voted in November 2018 in NY-14. Socialist Barbie got 110,318 of those votes and Crowley got another 8,075 on the Working Families ticket.
A Republican is never going to win that district.

To be fair, the pretty girl and boy factor is used by both sides. I remember Ivanka, before the Iowa caucus, gave a get-out-and-vote message on video. Why was it memorable to me?
Wow, you are right. I had forgotten about Kate Upton. She should run for AOC´s district, she would win easily. She could just stand there, no she could just walk around a bit, even better, she could jog a bit and she would not have to give any speeches, and nobody would care what party she was from. Well at least non of the men would care.
But where does Kate Upton stand on convening a convention of states?
