Here’s what’s been happening in New York City over the past year: Jews who are visibly Jewish have been getting assaulted in record numbers.
We’ve seen numerous videos of these assaults, in which a bearded man in a yarmulke is smashed in the head or knocked down or otherwise physically set upon by one or two African-American men.
We’ve also seen videos like the one in which Rabbi Uriel Vigler took care to photograph the menacing conduct of a man who followed him along an Upper East Side street, taunting him and then calling him the “devil” as he fled once Vigler pointed him out to the security guard at his synagogue.

As I’ve said before, this narrative is designed to become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Left-wingers deliberately invite invaders into their country, who rape, assault and drain social service infrastructure, thereby provoking a nationalist back-lash. Any antiSemitic attacks by the invaders are blamed on the “right wing,” who are also against the invasion. Inevitably, some supposed “right-winger” goes nuts and shoots up a synagogue, because the invasion is associated with the Left, as are many Jews. Hey, presto! self-fulfilling prophecy. Normal, healthy nationalists are then lumped together with the nut who shot up the synagogue, the invaders’ ubiquitous anti-Semitism is ignored, and all nationalism is discredited. No more border. No more wall. No more USA at all.
When Charlie Chaplin at the end of Great Dictator called for all mankind to unite and do away with national borders, he meant it as an expression of love and a rejection of the “machine men”. He was wrong about that, but at least we can know that the little tramp meant well. That it was meant as an expression of love.
This new anti-nationalism, however, is straight from the “machine men”. It is an expression of profound hatred for individuality, responsibility, and the very idea of the common community of a nation. Charlie Chaplin would not have recognized it. It must be fought absolutely and without compromise. It’s much bigger than a few Jooo! beardos with beanies getting punched for nothing. There’s no beach to storm. It doesn’t happen on TV. It’s everywhere, every day, and in everything that the leftards say and do. De-Blabio is only a small part of it. But he is a part of it.
