They are very anti-Russia, while Marine Le Pen and Salvini are very pro-Russia

Then they need to form a non-Salvini type bloc that isn’t pro-Russia but is instead Euro and Russia-skeptic but will still trade with both.

You don’t need a multi-national bloc to fight for nationalism — you just need to walk away from multi-national blocs, and you’re left with nationalism. Each nation can be different — that’s the point.
